The staff were very rude and handled my food like they didn't care if they dropped it or not. They just shoved the food out the window into my car I almost dropped it.

I went through the drive thru and it didn't take long, so that part was good but the employees didn't listen. I got the BBQ sandwich tray and asked for the slaw and sauce on the side and even double checked that they heard & understood my request before pulling forward to the pick-up window . I asked the guy there if they got that I wanted slaw and sauce on the side. He assured me they did. (I went through all this because they didn't get it right on a previous visit) They didn't have it right this time either. I didn't get sauce and slaw at all. I love cook out's BBQ and their prices but I give up. This isn't the only location ....it seems like they need to train their employees more on how to treat the customers. Js

Waited in line over 20 minutes just to end up leaving . We saw over 5 people do the same . The girls were just playing around and acting like it didnt matter we had been waiting so long !!!! Awful service .. will not be back !
If you aren't using the second drive-thru lane, block it off or put up a sign or something. Don't let customers waste their time waiting when the purpose is to keep things moving.
