Went the night of the UGA v Ole Miss game. The workers had the BEST ATTITUDE! Two brothers and shorter blonde lady served us- everyone was on a different level though. Made our night! Food is good as always.

Don’t go here. Go anywhere else for your own sake. They really screwed up my drive thru order. Worst part of it all, they refused to give me a receipt. When I asked for one they told me “it didn’t print one” and stared at me like I was stupid and when I asked her what she meant by that she said “don’t worry, it’s all in there.” It might have all been there, but half of it wasn’t what I ordered at all. Like I don’t know how you give me a sweet tea instead of a coke, the other drink size was wrong. They gave me the wrong type of wrap and quesadilla. The only thing they didn’t screw up was the fries.
It wasn’t until I got home that I noticed all of their mistakes, but as soon as I did I tried to call and complain. I sat on a dial tone for 10 minutes and then it just disconnected me. Save your money and your sanity and never go here.

Cashier has a very nasty attitude. I asked for sauce AT THE WINDOW..rolled her eyes and said yeah and then proceeded to not give it to me. I understand we all have our days, but there’s only so much you can excuse.
Drink machines are always an issue. Always have to beg for ketchup Damm annoying.

The food is good and it is definitely a great price. The employees are friendly and the service is always fast. The sad thing is the nastiness of the restaurant. The floor was greasy and hard to walk on, tables were dirty, the trash cans were full and only one drink machine had ice and neither one had carbonation do our drinks were flat. My belief is if a restaurant doesn't care enough to clean what customers can see why would they care to clean what we can't see such as the kitchen. I just expected more of a major chain restaurant.

Went through the drive-thru. Had to repeat everything several times. Sounded like the employees were having a party in there. She repeated my order and it was correct. Pulled right to window and she asked what drinks I had?!?! The lady and man were giggling together so I'm sure they were not focused on work. The food came fast and was very good. NO napkins in my order at all and had 2 kids eating in the car. I think your customer service could use a little attention.

On Sunday 07/20/2025. I had the pleasure to eat at this cookout location. As soon as I walked in about 1 pm. I saw an older woman wiping down the tables. The restaurant was very clean and in order. My wife and I ordered. I had a BBQ chicken sandwich and she had a Cajun chicken sandwich. The food came out quickly and I have to say it was the best chicken sandwich I ever had. I take pride when I grill and only use white oak. When I cook. I slow grill it and the smoke flavor creates an unreal taste. But this chicken sandwich from cookout reviled it. It was so good we ordered another one. This was not my first experience with cookout. I don’t know who the older woman was on Sunday but dont lose her. She ran that restaurant like a pro
