🤨 I Always have the chicken and dumplins. These were soupy and chewy. not good. Left most uneaten

Food is almost Good every single time, I’ve only had 2 bad issues in all my years eating there. Chicken & dumplings are my favorite thing to eat when I go.

I’m not sorry when I say this; Cracker Barrel's photos online are a lie; entirely.

I ordered this Chicken dipper thing; and you be the judge… those tenders like like TENDERS.

You can’t tell me TENDERS look like the ones I got; these are 85% breading and tiny. This is maybe .75 of a pound of chicken for $14.99.

I just don’t like the fake advertisements and I don’t like being lied to and getting less than what’s supposed to happen.

Also, you now go to a THIRD PARTY to place a phone order? They’re just adding steps and giving less. They’ve officially lost my business.

The food has changed a lot , we found out on our last visit that they now send in premade food and no longer cook onsite in the restaurant, green beans tasted like canned beans , hash browns casserole nothing like it was , and gravy may husband said has changed also , sad to say no more Cracker Barrel for us .

This really is the worst Cracker Barrel in the United States. We've attempted to eat here throughout the years hoping they would improve & it just never happened. Even the people who work in our Doctors Office warn others to Stay Away from the Cracker Barrel in Athens, Georgia.

Pretty good! Very traditional southern cuisine. I used to go here a kid, and the place was just as how I remembered it. I got the chicken pot pie, and it was pretty good. I would liked the crust to be a little more crispy, though. My friend got the southern friend chicken, with fried apples, and ocra. The chicken was "excellent", though it was pretty salty. The fried apples were like the inside of an apple pie. They weren't peeled for some reason. The fried ocra was good, definitely something I'd recommend if you know you like it. They gave us free biscuits that were good, pretty average. When I looked at the kids menu, I'm sure it could feed an adult. Over all, pretty good!

Kid-friendliness: Not a ton of kids, but definitely kid friendly.

Great food and Gabby our waitress is always awesome

Very disappointed the last 2 times I've been there. Less items on the menu and cheaper quality of food. I've always enjoyed the meatloaf and it has been terrible. Grissel and fat are mixed in. Last night I got the pot roast because the beef roast wasn't available. It was tough and cut into pieces. The server was very nice and attentive which was good. The last time we had a man and he was terrible. I really don't think I will be going back anytime soon 😕

This location in Athens, GA has been going downhill over the past 2 years. This recent experience I ordered a Biscuit Benny and it instead of having Hollandaise Sauce, there was white gravy in the product.

Got all the way home, & they Didn’t give me any of the sides or biscuits….. and the entire 12pc chicken was RAW. Do better.

Good home style food.
