When you enter the store the aroma of the cookie dough smells amazing. I was kinda disappointed that the banana upside down cake was not available at the time of purchase. I managed to select other cookies. My overall experience was great. I would recommend to family and friends.
We absolutely love Crumble Cookie! The only thing about this visit that I didn't like was the service this time (October 22, 2024)! I was trying to ask if they took cash payments because that's all I had at the time. Well it took them about 15 minutes to come to the counter and tell me that they did. Other than that...I was satisfied with my cookies ? Plus that was my son's first time experiencing this and he loved it!
Everytime I have gone, they are always out of multiple flavors. I feel like if you know your a busy store than you would prepare for that. The cookies at Crumbl Athens also do not taste the freshest as like the other store in Anderson, SC that I stop at regularly.
