The food is great here and the price is great! HOWEVER, it is absolutely filthy. The bathroom was so dirty and there was no toilet paper or hand towels insight. The floors were dirty as well.
I rarely give bad reviews but this place is absolutely filthy. I will not be coming back.

The delivery driver that driver the motorcycle is very rude and disrespectful and when I explain to the manager David what happen I really don’t think he gave a care but when he went to speak to the driver he decided shot me a bird as he went back to speak his manager David such horrible customer service from the delivery driver won’t come here again??♀️??♀️??♀️ but on another note, my son did say his food was ok

Bought lunch for coworkers birthdays and they chose D.P.'s since we've never tried it. Nice little walk if you work downtown! Calzones were filling and delicious. 4 stars only because toppings (other than the cheese) seemed a little skimpy. We will definitely be back. Don't forget the "Hook it up" option to add flavor to calzone crust! There was only one employee that we could see running it all and she did great!

Late night employees are usually disgruntled so it's to be expected. If it weren't for that at 3:15 am, it would have been 5 stars across the board. That said, I ordered online an hour before close after Door Dashing all night. I was pleasantly surprised by their two Calzone deal and ordered the Hawaiian and Pepperoni Calzones. The other local Calzone shops prices aren't even comparable. I actually asked the guy at Eddie's why they're calzones stood apart from DP and he said he thought they were more specialized and DP'S were just basic ingredients.

Prices are going up while the calzones are getting smaller… quality has gone down and it’s always dirty inside. I have been acustomer for years, I ordered a calzone recently that was the size of my fist, definitely smaller than it’s usually been.

My wife and I went here Saturday night after a long trip. We were greeted and gave our order, we went to sit down to wait for our food and that’s when it all went down hill. After about fourth minutes, a young lady behind the counter asked if we were waiting for something. We told her we were waiting on our order, and she had a confused look on her face. She poked around on a tablet, and looked in a food storage area when she finally told us “oh… your order never went through that’s why it didn’t get made…”. And that was it.. she sat there looking at us with no attempt to fix the issue. My wife said “let’s just go” and that is what it took to finally get the woman to say “well we can make it or I can give you your money back”. I told her to just give me my money back please… after clicking around on her tablet some more, she determined I was never charged and dismissed me. I then checked my bank statement and showed her I had in fact been charged. Another confused look was given when a gentleman came over and refunded our money. Training your people in customer service is very important to a businesses success. Do better please.
