I ordered the new garlic, Parmesan chicken tenders, And it came with absolutely no sauce on it. I tried calling to let them know, and no one would pick up the phone.

They've recently decreased on their sizes. Also, when someone orders a hot fudge sundae, they want hot fudge on it, not chocolate syrup.

I usually like stopping by whenever my sweet tooth is craving a blizzard. I always do the survey at the bottom of the receipt and usually score this location very well. But today for an unknown reason they wouldn’t take my survey coupon after punching several buttons on the register, saying it’s not valid. I got the look of a thief. So instead of paying for both of the blizzards (BOGO coupon), I let them keep both the coupon and the blizzards they made. They used to be an awesome place to visit, but my experience this trip leads me to find another place to get my sweet fix.
