DePalma's Italian Cafe Reviews
I rarely leave bad reviews, but my dining experience at DePalma’s warrants it. The service was terrible. We came at an off time (around 3:30) and we were the only people in the restaurant besides a couple at the bar. After a wait, the guy finally came and took our drink and appetizer order. Then, he proceeded to go back behind the bar and chat up the people sitting at the bar for at least 20 minutes, without checking on us to see if we needed anything or were ready to order....read full review

DePalma's Italian Cafe in Athens offers good food and friendly service, especially on weeknights. Customers have praised the fabulous service, with servers like Karen being attentive and offering great suggestions. While some were disappointed by the limited dessert options, the lasagna and Chicken Alfredo were standout dishes. The restaurant is recommended for work dinners, with efficient service even for larger groups. The homemade French bread with olive oil and balsamic is a great starter. Customers have enjoyed the reasonable prices and the nice atmosphere, often coming back for their favorite food and the Ga peach margaritas. Although there have been some issues, such as long wait times and occasional food quality concerns, DePalma's remains a place worth revisiting.
