Really cool spot, clean and nice employees. The last 3 times I have ordered the pizza was not sliced all the way or this.It can start a royal rumble between kids when you are trying to divie out slices. I called the other 2 times, but same thing again.

If I could give zero stars I would ! This has to have been the worst experience at a pizza restaurant I have ever experienced in my life! I ordered a pizza it took over an hour to get to my location. I called to check the status I was talk down to , disrespected , and hung up on. I called back to speak with a manager and from the tone of his voice he already knew what this is was in reference to ….instead of giving me the employee‘s name, he told me that due to privacy he couldn’t release information, an being someone who used to work in customer service I can completely understand that ! but how dare you allow someone to treat a paying customer like Trash? I already contacted corporate. I’ve already handled this with my bank. I will not pay for food or service when it comes with that much attitude and that much disrespect! So people if you’re gonna deliver pizza in Athens, Georgia, do not go to the Baxter Street location. The management team doesn’t care and the employees are on something or they just really hate their jobs and whichever one it is, they need to find something safe to do… oh and not to mention when my food actually did get here the pizza had no sauce and the chicken was burnt. Do better Domino’s.!

Placed order at 6:24 p.m for delivery. Didn't receive my order til 8:44 p.m. Food was cold, didnt get part of my order, and the dressing that was supposed to come with a salad was warm like as if it sat out of a fridgefor awhile. Tried to call the store numerous times to cancel order but couldn't get a hold of anyone. I probably won't get a credit for the missing salad either. However, delivery driver was nice and courteous about the issue. Hopefully they pull through with my credit on missing item.

I ordered $30 worth of food and I was not brought any eating utensils so I couldn't eat my food and when I called the store they laughed at me and hung up.

I was really disappointed with my order from Domino’s. The pizza was dry and burnt, and the breadsticks were overcooked, greasy, and not enjoyable at all. Definitely not the quality I expected.

This Domino’s is consistently good. I order often. The staff are polite and food is ready on time. I’ve never had an issue, these people rock.

I ordered a pizza online, the domino's tracker eventually informed me that my pizza was ready for pickup. I arrive 15 minutes later and the door was locked. I told them I ordered a pizza, they said they would bring it out to me. They brought me the pizza. I got home, opened the box and the pizza was burned! The ground beef was hard as rock! They didn't even finish slicing the pizza! Barely any sauce! Picture included! Never again! The one located next to big lots is best!

It’s June 2025, 97% of UGA students are gone from campus, lessening the traffic and volume of orders. Took 1 hour 48 minutes to get 2, 2 topping pizzas. It sat in the store, according to the tracker for quality control, for 1 hour 10 minutes. Driver got lost, wouldn’t answer phone to assist with directions for delivery. Location is 5 miles from store. Both pizzas less than room temp. If I could give negative stars I would. Pizzas are bland, not much cheese and being room temp didn’t help. This location is in need of a lot of remedial training. Every order is just like today’s episode. 2nd verse, same as the first. Lesson learned, I’ll order elsewhere.
