I called my order in at 10:15pm and at 11:40 pm I called they said she was 8 minutes away. Well at 11:52 I called back and told them to keep it. The driver or the manager never called me to apologiZe. Nothing I know that it doesn't take an hour to deliver a pizza and bread knots it's and going to charge me $34.00 not happen but not to call and apologize for it, that's just not except able to me at all. It want happen again trust and believe me it want so I will be going back to Pizza Hut and go pick it up myself and it will be better. Wow this is not good business.....and these drivers make good money. One medium pizza and bread with tax and delivery fee $34 00, Wow not my hard earned money not even a a call.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a pizza. Was told delivery in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later I called to check the status. They never made the pizza and said it's now too late to order anything. LMAO. The biggest joke of an organization. Save your time and money and never order from this place.

If I could give a zero star I would. I ordered food online with Domino's a week ago. They waited till the last minute to let me know they cancelled my order due to no delivery driver, said they would refund my money, I have never received my my refund. I have called Domino's on Baxter Dr in Athens Ga nearly every day about my refund. I can't get anything done. This is robbery. I want my $23.00 dollars back.

According to their tracker my order was sitting done for over 20 mins waiting for a driver to grab it so I called and they said they had a driver shortage. I said no problem just keep it and put my money back on my card and the told me it just went out for delivery so I had to pay for it. Asked for a manager and they hung up on me. So I called my bank and had them credit my account. I understand short staffed. But I'm not paying for food that sits under a lamp for a half hour. Take the hit and just give me my money back.

Terrible experience there manager is rude and has terrible customer service!!! Spent way too much money for a person to have such terrible customer service. But as I'm seeing this location has a lot of bad reviews. DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION!

I was in Athens for the Georgia - NC game, but I needed something quick for my kids, I ordered online, pick up in store, and it was very, very fast. The pizza was fresh, cheesy, and deliiiccciiiious. Best Domino's pizza we've ever had. Customer service Lady was very welcoming, pleasant. Clean nice eating area in store. You deserve 10 stars, well done to the team !!!

Very disappointed. I'm a long time fan of Dominos. I have successfully ordered from this location in the past. Recently i ordered and they canceled my order, informing me I am to far away. I sensed maybe they were short personal, backed up, etc. The employee was definitely on the rude side. Just be honest. I can deal with the truth. Obviously I won't be ordering from them anymore.
