we ordered 3 pizzas for fam about 30 mins ago. one came barely cooked. literally doughy more than halfway through it. we ordered wings as well and the sauce was just drizzled on ??? disgusting, sorry. not sure if its just how dominos does their wings but no thanks. and of course as it usually goes we didn’t receive the marinara sauce. at least we can make it at home i guess. pizza was a little below warm. we have a microwave so no harsh complaints there. it was alright. pictures of the dough pizza and wings.

Got a delivery last night and one of my pizzas were completely wrong. When I called the first time the person picked up and hung up the phone. The second time I waited for 15 mins for a manager only for him to say all he can do is give me credit for later. I paid too much money to only get a one topping barely any cheese pizza, I will never order from here again. Very unprofessional and rude staff, customer service has gone out the window these days don’t order from here!

Ordered threw the app didn’t take long can tell the food was rushed ordered a medium sausage and bacon got it then the pizza dough is so thin it’s like a piece of paper the sauce and cheese is in patches all over almost as crunchy as a thin crust pizza should have ordered that instead

Took my friend and I almost an hour to get our food. We placed a mobile order, it said it was ready, and we waited in the restaurant for nearly an hour. Order names were not being called out, everything looked very disorganized. Very disappointed!

Placed an order through the app on a Sunday evening. Was ready quick and picked it up in the store. Even had tons of seasoning on the crust. Worker was super nice when I picked it up. Great pizza.

Unused the app like I always do and places my order, the order did not go through but my card that was connected to my account was still charged I spoke with one young man who tried to help but couldn't so he got his manager. The manager got on the phone and did not announce who he was he sound far away from the phone and was hard to hear. I asked for his name it sounded like he said Dominic, I repeated it and he started to correct me but then just said yes that's his name. He was very rude and did nothing to help me. I asked him how we could resolve this issue and all he kept repeating was you don't have an order in here I was very displeased and they have definitely lost a customer. I asked for cooperate number and he said maybe. I understood there was no order in the system but he could have handled the situation better and not have the attitude and help me come up with some solution to this problem. This is ridiculous and he need some sort of training on customer service he was just horrible!

I passed by to pick up a mobile order. Once i get back home, not even 10 minutes later. We sit down to eat and the pizza is clearly old, stiff and cold and the wing were wrong. Called back spoke to a young lady who said she was the manager, but considering how many times i was placed on hold so she could go ask if the order could be redone i doubt she was. She said they could redo the order and i could go get it or a refund. I chose the refund because its cold as all can be outside and who wants to go back out in the cold after getting home from a 10hr shift. Needless to say very disappointed.

So I placed an order online for dinner tonight. And I was going to pick up at store like always. I watched the tracker and was there pretty soon after it said ready and I handed the guy a$100 bill which is all I had and he said I don’t have change and looked at me and I told him that’s all I have and he again just said no change. (In a not so nice voice)So I guess they made a pizza for themselves.Not a good experience here this time and for the record this was first time dealing with this guy.
