Domino's Pizza

The delivery address is only 1.5 miles from the location of this dominoes. I know that they won't deliver for some odd reason so I chose Doordash. 45 MINUTES later I get a phone call from dominoes saying that they don't deliver to my address and would I wish to pick it up. I told them no thank you but I asked why wait so long to tell me? They stated they didn't realize it until after they got the pizza made. That's why I ordered it through doordash. The girl was polite so I'm not blaming her however, I don't understand why dominoes would give up a $70 sale to a customer? Not to mention possibly disposing of 3 pizzas (either that or someone got it cold). Got some kind of beef with doordash? Or is there some kind of very strict policy on delivery grounds? If so, why? Again, I was only 1.5 miles away.
Yes, I canceled the order and ordered from somewhere else.
I want to say again that the girl that called was polite I'm just not sure that the training of your employees is not up to Parr. Got to use common sense. Doordash would've picked it up and brought it to me if this location would have let them but instead they chose not to and are out of a $70 sale plus cost of pizzas.

Honestly I love dominoes we always get it, The pizza & breadstick options they have are soo good. Dominoes is not that expensive either, they give you coupons too with each order if you start going frequently. They have gotten my order wrong a couple times though

Pizza is always nice and hot when I order. But I didn’t come here to talk about that. Let’s talk about service. Delivery drivers always friendly. The guy in the wheelchair who works up front, AMAZING!!! He always greets and thanks you when you leave. His energy is so friendly all the time no matter how busy they are. He’s the type of employee that will lift someone’s spirits on a bad day just by providing a friendly greeting! Good service can be hard to come by these days, not here!

Manager is the rudest person In the world, ordered 3 pizzas for my family and they took 3 hours to deliver it. Pizza was cold, asked for delivery time and I was just told to wait since the delivery was already out. And I got my order wrong. Called again and the manager got mad and said there was nothing el could do because it wasn’t his company.

Wow! This Domino’s has stepped up their game in every possible way, and I’m glad that we gave them another chance. Each time we’ve ordered here recently the staff has gone above and beyond in every way and were all so incredibly kind. This kind of service all in one place is so rare these days & greatly appreciated.
Now the major competition pizza chains are horrendous, and Domino’s is the star again.🤩 Welcome back, Domino’s. We’ve missed you. 🫶

Driver threw pizza on front door mat! Wadded up and tossed the receipt in the driveway. Have it all recorded on my ring door cam. I will not be ordering delivery from this location again. Atlanta highway. Domino's

Employees are nice but it’s constant issues with this location. This time my hand-tossed pizza is super thin and cracker-like. Not what I ordered.

I left delivery instructions asking the driver to please refrain from knocking because my dog would bark. When my food (quietly) arrived, I noticed that a Milkbone treat was placed on top of my pizza box. I believe David was the driver. David, thank you so, so much! This simple and thoughtful gesture made a huge impression on me.

called because they forgot my sauces i paid extra for , thought they would’ve been in the boxes since they usually are . When i called i told them they forgot my sauces a man picked up and literally said ok and we just sat in silence for a good 2 minutes . Was atleast excepting a we are sorry about that but no , just an ok . then i asked if i could get an accommodation maybe just an extra ranch or sauce wasn’t expecting them to give me a free pizza but the he said no . Finally get there and i’m pretty sure it was the same man i talked to on the phone , he had a missing front tooth. He then raises up something to let the rest of his staff know i was there i guess trying to be funny then laughs super loud when i pull off . Very unprofessional and i guess as a grown man he thought that was cute . lol

Friendly staff, pizza was good

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered pizza from here over an hour and an half ago. The app says the pizza has been on the way for over an hour. (I live 5 minutes away) concerned, I called the store. They told me the driver couldn’t find my pizza so they left the store. I asked for some type of discount on the order or in the future, refund, etc. and the person on the phone said “the best I can do is give you a 2 liter of soda”. Almost 2 hours later, we finally got our order… no 2 liter... We order from here frequently and this is becoming more and more a common occurrence.

Late night dinner choice. Had pasta primavera with mango habanero wings. Wings were great, pasta was good. Delivery driver was a bit awkward, but other that, good choice for a late night meal when craving pasta. Thanks to the amazing dominos staff!
