I’ve stopped ordering donuts. As 90% of all DD, they are never fresh. It’s a result of not making Donuts on store I guess. Coffee still the best.

All of the staff at this location have always been incredibly nice. Jade was particularly helpful while I selected a drink without caffeine and the rest of the staff on the shift was friendly despite being clearly busy with a bunch of online orders.
I'm happy to update my review to a 5-star rating when Dunkin allows customers to tip when they pay with a card. Cash tips only for a service-based industry in 2025 is ridiculous.

Some days you get great service, some days you get the not so great service. I order my coffee through the app...and most days it's good. Sometimes they forget to foam on top of my coffee that they charge me for ..so expect to get it ...and I will tell them. The girl at the window acts like it's going to hurt if she puts the foam on, rolls her eyes and gets an attitude. Do it right the first time and we would have ZERO issues. I'm thinking the Dunkin up the road would be better .

If you travel between Athens and Jefferson, this is a great place to stop for a snack to eat in the car! I ordered through the app and had zero issues. Cold brew was made to order, and my breakfast sandwich was piping hot and delicious. Friendly staff. Super clean. Highly recommend!

At 5pm they had almost no donuts and nothing being prepared. The place doesn't close for hours. Then they had a water leak on the floor but no wet floor sign or anything. Ordered coffee and it was cold... Mind you it wasn't iced coffee. I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed.

They called me “gay” after I asked for a pink donut and said pick is for girl but I’m a boy but it doesn’t even matter because they don’t have a blue or red one and even if they did the pink would probably even still even be better! Guys let’s be nice here ok? Even though they were a little mean my pick donut was still delicious mmmmmm🤑🍩🍩

So I am definitely quarantined due to Covid woke up and just wanted a ICED COFFEE so to grub hub I go, long story short what I received was definitely not a iced coffee it looks like SWEET TEA. It seems to me this Dunkin on Prince can’t get there life together this isn’t the first BUT I REPEAT IS THE LAST TIME I ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION and when being in quarantine and your coffee is wrong it’s definitely a big deal

Our family goes to Dunkin Donuts, alot. Mainly because my son only eats like 5 things and the chocolate frosted donuts with sprinkles is one of his faves! During the holidays we usually dont go because Dunkin celebrates holidays with themed sprinkles on these donuts and my son will not eat them. Today, during a very difficult time my son wanted to go to Dunkin and I gave in. I knew he wouldn't like the sprinkles but I had to try. I got to the drive thru, placed an order for just one donut, drove around and decided to ask the employee if I can place an order for my sons favorite with rainbow sprinkles, he informed me that yes I can and it has to be the night before.... as he is giving me this info he is working quickly to make my son a rainbow sprinkle donut. His name is Justin (I believe). I called to make the order for the dozen donut pickup tomorrow and spoke to Justin who knew what I was calling about. I hope his manager sees this and knows what it means to have someone working there with this kind of customer service. With his kind of heart. What something like this means to a mom who needed a little kindness today. Thank you, Justin.
