Some days you get great service, some days you get the not so great service. I order my coffee through the app...and most days it's good. Sometimes they forget to foam on top of my coffee that they charge me for ..so expect to get it ...and I will tell them. The girl at the window acts like it's going to hurt if she puts the foam on, rolls her eyes and gets an attitude. Do it right the first time and we would have ZERO issues. I'm thinking the Dunkin up the road...
If you travel between Athens and Jefferson, this is a great place to stop for a snack to eat in the car! I ordered through the app and had zero issues. Cold brew was made to order, and my breakfast sandwich was piping hot and delicious. Friendly staff. Super clean. Highly recommend!

I'm happy to update my review to a 5-star rating when Dunkin allows customers to tip when they pay with a card. Cash tips only for a service-based industry in 2025 is ridiculous.
