The donuts and food I've gotten here have been decent, but the drinks are where it falls flat. Every time I've come, my coffee has tasted burnt. I thought, ok, that's fine. Then I ordered a tea. A tea. Tell me why a tea of all things tasted like burnt coffee. I could barely taste the tea, it just tasted like a burnt coffee.

I would give this location zero stars if I could. My friend and I went to this location of Dunkin and I placed my order at the window and she placed her online when we were told to pull forward. The lady at the window was very rude and told us that we should have told her at the speaker that we had a Mobile Order and that we needed to pull around keep in mind there was absolutely no one ahead of us and there was only one person behind us so we pull around and circle The Dunkin and then finally get our order and then she continues to tell us that we should have told her at the speaker if we had a Mobile Order then we drive off and mind you she hadn’t even given me our straws or anything and she starts laughing at us. I don’t know if she spitting it or what, but it was completely rude and so uncalled for especially when we did not have an attitude with her whatsoever.

We went through the drive-thru, and the employee taking our order was very rude. Our order ended up being wrong. The store and its management didn't care, so corporate had to send us a gift card.
As soon as we used the gift card, this store started blowing up my phone. They didn't care to make things right until corporate stepped in to do the right thing.

I went through the drive-through. The young lady that took my order was so rude. When I pulled up to the window she was actually on her cell phone, which I think was very rude.
I went there 9/4/2025 for a vanilla frozen unsweetened coffee because I am a diabetic and they fixed it just right, thank you to whom ever fixed it........JESUS

Coffee so sugary it made me sad. I asked for 1 cream 1 sugar iced coffee but they must've given me someone else's coffee cause it was so sugary it felt acidic. It also had some flavoring which i didnt get either

My Fiancé found a rusted piece of metal in her sandwich. Not a flake or a speck — an actual, around dime-sized chunk of sharp rusted metal sitting right in the top of the sandwich I ordered.
This is beyond disgusting — it’s a serious health hazard. If it hadn’t been seen before taking a bite, It could have caused severe injury or potential death. The fact that something this dangerous made it into a customer’s order is absolutely unacceptable and shows a complete failure in food safety and quality control.
I’ve already contacted corporate, consulted with my lawyer, and will be reporting this to the health department immediately. There needs to be accountability, because this kind of negligence puts people at real risk.
Until Dunkin’ shows they take this seriously, I will never eat here again — and if you value your health, I’d advise you to do the same.
