I go through this drive thru nearly every morning throughout the week and am never disappointed by the quality and efficiency of the service. Ashta always greets with a smile and never forgets a face; she’s the best!!! It’s definitely worth the traffic hiccup to start my mornings off right!

Sometimes they make the drinks right, sometimes they don’t. Your whole experience depends on who is working and they are either rude or make your drink wrong. Hate is a strong work but I hate this Dunkin. The only reason it still gets business is because it’s in downtown with college students. I don’t know what is going on in the workers lives but they are really grumpy here, sorry YOU chose YOUR job.

My coffee is never consistent and they put barely any coffee in the actual iced coffee. it's mostly milk. They are usually really nice though early in the mornings.

Ummm wrong store to get customers service here. I order a dunk latte iced sausage egg and cheese biscuit hash brown. The sausage egg biscuit isn’t cook all the whoever fix this biscuit didn’t care like it just came out of a frozen box of bias.12.50 meal.
Parking: The parking sucks, they don’t want to give condiments unless you ask for napkins are condiments. Don’t come to this store especially if you’re visiting Athens ga

They don't answer the phone, no matter what time I call. And I don't want their App on my phone to order. I sat in the parking lot to call yesterday morning. 3 people were working, no customers, and no one picked up the phone. If they have the wrong number on the website, they should change it. If they have the right number on their website the service is terrible. I can't rate the food since I didn't get any but gave it a 1 star anyway to get their attention to this problem.
