i was hired there not too long ago and my first day was tuesday of this week and , i went there did all my training and all and i was working with these two young girls ' their ages were 16 and 18 and they was telling me how the jobs was and everything so that morning i got a messages from autman the Manager who hired me she said that she got some information from other employee that i said i would " cuss out customer " and that " i didnt want to be there " THAT WAS LIE !! I NEVER SAID ANYTHING LIKE THAT ! THEY DONT HAVE ANY PROOF OF ME SAYING THAT ! SHE FIRED ME AND WHEN I TRIED SEE WHAT GOING ON SHE NEVER REPLIED TO ME DO NOT WORK HERE !!!!! THEM YOUNG GIRLS NEED TO BE REPORTED AND FIRED !!!!! THEY ARE LIERS ... WILL SEE ME IN COURT

I was in line for 10-15 minutes waiting. And I asked for a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese, and a chocolate donut with sprinkles, I received a donut that wasn’t the right one then I received a cold non sprinkle donut and a burnt bagel with very little PLAIN cream cheese , I am highly disappointed!

A roach was in my coffee. I go to Dunkin everyday, and have given this place my business, time and time again, but no changes were made. This is 5 minutes from my house, but I would rather and now drive to the dunkin off of highway 29.

Stopped by Dunkin today on my way home. The shop was busy with lots of after-school traffic. A young lady named Stella helped take our order. She was super pleasant and seemed to manage the customers seamlessly. This is a great spot, for a good snack.

Not sure how something like this would cause a 40 minute delay waiting to place an order in the drive thru. Yep, that’s how long I was in line for to order and another 10 minutes at the window to receive my coffee and bagel.
Changing my review. Their customer service is always great however, last time I went, I got an un toasted avocado toast that was cold.. the guac was cold too.. this time, I got an avocado toast that was completely burnt and barely had any guacamole.

I don’t usually write reviews complaining since I’ve worked in food service and understand how busy it can be and that mistakes are made, but this one stood out. I ordered a coffee (got that) and a breakfast sandwich on a plain toasted bagel. Instead, I was given two plain untoasted bagels with nothing on them. I didn’t notice until I was too far away to go back. Like I said, mistakes can be made and I’ve had my fair share, but this one was kind of ridiculous and seemed almost intentional, as if they were rushing me along since it was getting busy.

I ordered on September 13th at 8:20am through mobile order, I left at 9:00am without my drinks because the line did not move and others were pulling off. I called and manager said to come inside and that it would be ready, despite all employees being busy with 30 other people in line and waiting. I went inside and my drinks were not ready or close and no one to talk with. So I left and called the manager and asked for a refund and he refused to cancel my order and said I'd have to wait in line to get drinks or refund despite already waiting 30 min in drive through for a mobile pick up order. Wasted 40 min without a product and was 20 min late for work. I get coffee at least 3 to 4 times a week from here, but no more. I will be making coffee at home, Racetrac, or another coffee place from now on.

The drive through lady was extremely rude this morning "what do you want" was the greeting. After the order I got "ugh, pull up" It's 7:00 in the morning and you already mad. They didn't have the drink I wanted. Not the way I wanted to start my day. Please, train your employee's with some proper customer service skills.
