Very very rude. My mozzarella sticks were cold and hard, he said he was calling my name which was NOT true, I was waiting up front the whole time. Tried to say I never ordered a calzone and tried to get me to pay again. They gave away my calzone, gave me a completely different order, the guy next to me complained because I was given his order. Never coming back, horrible experience.

So I’m A Booking Agent And I Had A Celebrity Guest In Athens For An Event after the Event We Went To Eddies Because It Was Open And Our First Time trying Eddies , The Manager Was So Rude And Disrespectful and He Stated We Should Never Came If We Don’t Know What We Want To Order I Politely Told Him To Give Us Time And He Was Being Very Aggressive And Disrespectful Towards Our Guest not knowing who we where and honestly I’ve Been All Through out the U.S ON TOUR and NEVER seen customer service as such we are highly disappointed and don’t think he should be the face of you guys brand , Once I Tried to Complain The Older black Guy Wouldn’t give me his name and said I’m the manger and what he says goes!! This tour was filmed and the interaction at eddies was filmed also and we will be posting the interaction because it’s unacceptable..

I had the BBQ Chicken calzone and WOW! The calzone was really good! The breading of the calzone itself was baked to perfection. And I'm not one for having barbecue sauce on pizza but it was really good in the calzone. Definitely recommend!

I went on the BOGO Tuesday. The calzones are 15.99 each and they only took 11.50 off of the price. I had a coupon with the same deal saying BOGO and get one 11.50 calzone for free….however if they are not 11.50 that is not a BOGO deal. So I feel low key scammed. Also this is my second time and it’s lowkey mid. DP Dough is high key better and faster and they have water cups (eddie’s does not (another scam)) The first time I went they got my order wrong as well
Great service by an extremely pleasant man working by himself. Delicious pizza (large beef and sausage, cooked up in 25 minutes just as predicted upon ordering). Solid curly fries. I ate here on a day where everything was shut down due to a snowfall, and this owner was at his station, while Mellow Mushroom was closed, and he delivered great food at a very reasonable price. Thank you, sir. You are awesome, and I hope you continue to succeed.

We arrived at the front door well after their opening hours but the doors were locked, despite the sign being on. This person was sitting inside and simply glared at us trying to open the door. I guess we interrupted her Angry Birds game.
Im not sure how long this place has been there *can't really say open for business since that seems to be an oxymoron) but I doubt they will be there much longer.
Terrible! 17 dollars for a burnt piece of bread and cheese when I ordered a chicken bacon ranch calzone. There was one piece of chicken, no bacon, and way too much ranch. More ranch than cheese. Waited 25 minutes when the place was pretty much empty too! Do not go here unless you are drunk out of your mind and there are literally zero other late night food places open!

Cashier refused to let me order a different meal after I said i was not satisfied with my original order. Insisted on giving me a refund instead of letting me order something else. I was not rude or did i ask for a refund. Cashier is a but rude and does not understand simple orders.
