Ordered a buffalo chicken… only got chicken. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch… got chicken, bacon fat… and nothing else. Don’t recommend. It’s sad that they can’t make good calzones on a slow night. On top of that, I’ve never had a great calzone here. We only go when the wait at Dp Dough is too long (but I wish we didn’t… $50 terribly spent).

My girlfriend and I went to Eddies expecting a decent late night snack only to be disappointed. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch and a buffalo chicken calzone only to be dissatisfied upon taking the first bite and only getting dry chicken and that was it. Very disappointed considering we spent close to 50 dollars.

This place is so pathetic they can't even open for lunch and I know they can't keep employees because the management is so mean and disrespectful to everybody. Food is trash the atmosphere is trash and they're pathetic they're downtown Athens they can't even open for lunch that's not pathetic they are there's way better options in this trash at this place especially way better customer service

A drunk man ran into my calzone so I brought it back. They immediately made me a new one and apologized for the incident. 5 stars for quality and effort from the business. It is clear they care about their customer.
Eddie’s is a cornerstone of downtown Athens, and I’m shocked by any negative reviews. The service is absolutely phenomenal; there is never a moment where you don’t feel taken care of. Better calzones than anyone in town.

I am a regular college student, and when I say I walked into this restaurant, I have never been so disappointed. The food prices for one are absolutely ridiculous compared to everyone else in Athens. Not to mention the food is terrible! It taste like it’s cheap and bad quality. The worst part of all of it was the service. I couldn’t tell if it was the manager or not, but he was extremely rude. Worst customer service I have ever received. Eddies is not the place to go after a late night out. Between the customer service, overpriced food, and the cost of little things like ranch and a beverage, WORST FOOD PLACE IN ATHENS.

Had a pre game calzone. Everything was good on my visit. Nice folks and freshly prepared chicken bacon ranch calzones. On GameDay, they even have a sign up recommending items that can be ready quick so fans can get to the game.Very busy but, our group was taken care of!
I wouldn't even give this place one star,the service was terrible especially from the bald guy .the worst energy in an establishment that I've had in a long time.I do not recommend this at all.I would choose McDonald's over this place any day.
