Effin Small Portions. Don’t expect it to look like the photo on the menu. Have you ever watched Mickey & the Beanstalk? The part where Mickey slices a bean in thirds for his friends to share because they’re starving? That’s what the portions are like at Effin Egg. I don’t know where they found such thin sausage patties. We got a meal- sandwich, tots and coffee. There were 5 tots included. $12, totally not worth it.

The service is absolutely horrendous. Empty Sunday morning with mild traffic inside, took over an hour, multiple lost tickets. No disrespect to the lady working the front, but she cannot speak any English whatsoever, so you can’t get updates on your food or what’s going on. The food was cold when it came out, and comparable to 5 hour old McDonald’s. I rarely ever leave reviews, but the service was so slow and horrible I felt obligated to. I will never, ever come back to this restaurant. Ever. Painful experience from start to finish with below subpar food.

Don't understand why you would not put the burger patties on the smash burger not once but TWICE. I ordered on doordash. And I figured it was a simple mistake but to do it on the redelivery order as well?

The food and coffee here are great. The service, however, is not. What little service there is. Not a fan of relying on a kiosk to order for walk ins. The place seems so small for that. But apparently it’s necessary since this restaurant does not hire people who are able to speak enough english to take an order. Not concerned where anyone is from and no problem with people who immigrate. But it doesn’t seem like a wise business decision for a restaurant to not have at least one person behind the counter who can speak with customers on a minimal level. Even if someone does order online or through the in store kiosk, whats going to happen if their order is wrong and they want it to be fixed? Theres multiple different reasons why it matters. But if you want to run a restaurant where there is no customer service, then why even have a counter and register at that point?

This place is way too expensive for mediocre breakfast food. I mean you might as well go sit down in a nice restaurant before you order from here. And the food's not even that great it's not worth what they're trying to charge you for it.

This place is absolutely delicious. Feel free to ignore the negativity in some of these review. We were greeted immediately upon entering, food was exceptional. Breakfast burritos (our favorite) along with fresh salsa verde, crispy tots, delicious dipping sauces. We certainly will be back. Go give this place a try and see for yourself, you will be very happy you did!!!

If McDonald’s sold premium breakfast sandwiches, is the best way I can describe this place. The sandwich was just good and only good, not great. The price is a little more expensive than what mccdonalds is nowadays running about $12 for a meal, and its only a little better.

I can’t in good faith give a restaurant a higher score when they rely on an ordering kiosk and make you eat out of awkward to-go containers. The food is certainly not cheap enough or good enough to justify this spot.

Food is good, service is absolutely horrible. Even if you order 30 minutes ahead, expect to wait another 10 for a worker to even come out to assist you. I won’t be back here.
