I got married this past spring on May 17th, 2025, and I can’t say enough about how amazing, easy, and flawless Epting Events made our wedding. They are truly a one-stop shop—handling everything from décor and flowers to rentals and food.
My wedding coordinator and event planner, Kristen Curles, was absolutely incredible. She brought my dream wedding to life and supported me through every step of the process. On the day of the wedding, Kristen and Beth made sure everything ran smoothly and stayed perfectly organized. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing!

We had an amazing experience with Epting Events for our wedding! The food was absolutely fantastic — we received so many compliments from our guests throughout the night. The team went above and beyond by handling all the table and chair setup and breakdown for both our ceremony and reception, which made the day so much easier for us. They even coordinated a cleaner afterward to help meet the venue’s cleaning policies, which we really appreciated.

Epting did an amazing job catering our wedding. We worked with Kristen leading up to the event and she was super responsive and flexible on getting us the exact menu, details and layout we wanted. The actual event went so smoothly and we got tons of compliments on the quality and taste of the food stations as well as how efficient and professional the staff team was. I’d highly recommend Epting for wedding or any event catering!

Food & Decor:
The food was delicious, with a wide array of options across 3 stations. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The menu and styling coordination process was super easy as well. We provided some general ideas and they were able to accommodate or even improve on every thought we had, as though they read our minds! We were so happy with how Kristen put everything together.

Florals:
The florals were stunning and matched our colors and vibes wonderfully. Su-Lin was also able to beautifully arrange and rearrange all our florals quickly so that our flowers could be used from both our ceremony and reception.

Staff:
The quality and kindness of the staff was the cherry on top. Our catering waitstaff led by Chris went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, and made sure we didn't miss a single bite of food that we could have wanted. Multiple guests went out of their way to say how great the staff was, including how fun the bartenders were!

Epting always does a great job at our events! Kristen and Logan are so helpful on the planning side of things, while Cheryle and Jeff are amazing on the day of the event. The day of staff are all punctual, kind, and all around wonderful to work with.

AMAZING FOOD & SERVICE ! ! ! Epting Events, Catering & Design made our Son & Daughter-in-Laws' Wedding Rehearsal Dinner a HUGE Success. Almost every guest commented on how Great the Food was & went back for 2nd's & 3rd's. Very Generous portions for all; And the Service was "Exceptional." The Staff arrived well before the event to ensure the set-up was "Perfect." I'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND Epting for any Event you may have.. Thank You Epting!!! I planned my own wedding, and I chose Epting because they provide more than a typical caterer. Kristen answered all of my questions (even toward the end when I was a bit more frantic) and Cheryle made sure the day ran smoothly. I used their in-house florist and baker, and both of them were fantastic as well.

This is the third time we have had Epting Events at our family farm to host special events. This past Saturday they catered our daughter’s wedding.
No words can adequately express the incredible job they did, from the booking, the tasting, the communications months before to the actual wedding day! Everything surpassed our expectations of what we had hoped for our daughter’s wedding. Kristen was so patient to listen to our ideas, made suggestions with other options if needed, and made us feel as if we were her only clients. She was fully engaged and fully dedicated to our event. Her staff was very polite and professional, and were willing to help with any thing needles. The food was plentiful and delicious!!! Su Lin, our florist with Epting, created the most beautiful floral arrangements for the wedding and reception. Many people commented on how stunning the flowers were. We will continue to use Epting Events for all future celebrations., and will continue to give very high ratings on their commitment, work and professionalism in providing a successful event!
