This will be our new favorite spot for ribs. The ribs were falling off the bones. We ordered online next time we'll have to go in. Fast service and everything we ordered was there.

Service was not on point.... Salmon was half done they took my plate back brought my salmon back with the cold rice on the plate 15 min later..... Salmon was well done and smash.... I'm done with the one in Athens

Didnt have many customers slow night . They ran out of rolls took 20 min to slice lemon. Had no fried pickles took 20 min to tell waitress. Didn’t get tea refills ... ran out of that also. I don’t normally do reviews unless it’s really good. This was the exception! What a train wreck!

I wouldn't even give it one star but that's the only way you can leave a review. Ordered fried green tomatoes grits were cold and tomatoes tasted like just old grease. Husband ordered a baked potato loaded except for sour cream and it came loaded with extra sour cream. I asked for tarter sauce for my fish waited for it but by the time she came back to the table without tarter sauce my fish was cold. Never got the rolls we asked for. This will be our LAST visit. There was only about 10 tables of people there.

One thing that makes a great restaurant is good food another is supporting the local community. Tonight Fatz held a percentage night for the Madison Oglethorpe Animal Shelter and we greatly appreciate their support! The service was wonderful and the manager Wanda went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The food was hot and good. Thank you Wanda and staff for a great evening.

So, not giving a 1 star review but a 2 because it has not been one of my worst experiences in a restaurant, service was okay, not good but okay, I ordered a bone in ribeye med rear, came almost well done, ordered wine and i kid you not i got a shot worth of it, like if the server who was actually taking care of the bar items didn’t have a clue, wine tasted like the bottle has been opened for a week, there were house flies flying around our food, kids food was decent the fries were very oily though. This is probably my 5th time here, i can see the level going down. Sad.

Not one of Fatz's best performances tonight. Took an hour to get our food. When it arrived at the table the burger didn't have a top bun nor its sauce. When the check came I asked about the $5 discount for e-club members posted on the chalk board at entrance. Check was redone with $2 discount. Back to the manager again for the proper $5 discount. Total time in Fatz, a little over an hour and a half, and there were only a few other customers in the restrauant.

Maybe this place is okay in person, but never order them for delivery. I've always loved Fatz cafes, but the one in Athens is horrific. There are always at least two things missing from our orders and we've tried every single delivery service in Athens with the same result. We've been told the driver isn't allowed to check the order, that the restaurant sends it and assures them it's complete. The latest mishap was the steak and chicken where they only delivered the steak. The delivery service offered to bring the chicken, but the chicken they delivered was horrible. It was not breaded like the calabash chicken is supposed to be. It looked like someone dropped plain tenders in the fryer. They were so tough and stringy they were inedible. Stay far away from having this cafe deliver.

Parts of my meatloaf were very burnt and not edible. Mine and my husband's sweet potatoes were hard and rough to eat. We had to ask four times for a Dr. Pepper to go.

Server brought the wrong order to me. Refilled my sweet tea with unsweetened. The slaw was kinda blah. Other than that the food was really good! Honestly, I thought it was just a hamburger joint but I was wrong! Can't wait to try other dishes...but opting to replace slaw with another side.

Poor service, poor food quality and old worn out dishes. All 4 glasses at our table was cracked and when the food arrived an hour after arrival the plate was cracked and missing a chunk out of it. I ordered Chicken and shrimp which says 5 chicken tenders and huge portion of shrimp popcorn. I received 2 tenders, 9 popcorn, shrimp and some crumbs from the bottom of the shrimp bag. Oh! The potato soup arrived after I finished my 2 tenders and was ready to pay my bill. I don't do the review thing but this place keeps getting worse by the day.

We had dinner on a Friday night 10/18 and it was slow, the food was amazing, the service is lousy, our table was nasty we had to ask them to clean it. We asked for a kids menu, we were told they were out and finally they printed one menu we had two kids lol. We had to ask the bartender for someone to come take our order, my order came with a salad which, I never got, when I told the waitress she said, I’ll just remove it from your tab. We finished our food and asked the bartender for our check and we walked out. Good food but the service is horrible.
