The food and staff are always great. Service is fast. However, I think the staff should slow down when reading orders because I ended up with a sandwich that had olives when that's not a vegetable that typically comes on that particular sandwich.

Was an alright dining experience. The food was good, the counter delivery needs improvement. Personnel were were very courteous.

This place is a joke. $50 worth of subs, and every one of them was made incorrectly.They also forgot my Mac and cheese. I wasn’t going to review, but I just placed an order for my daughter to be delivered, and they got that wrong too. Do better. Never again.

Firehouse (all of them in the Athens area) have built an excellent reputation. A reputation that comes from truly good food and customer service.
Plus, the restrooms are clean!

Food is okay if you eat it right there after it's made. If not your sandwich will quickly be ruined due to the fact this company trains their employees to build their sandwiches with all veges on bottom so they can soak your bread. Everywhere has the right idea...so someone go help the owners change this stupid way of business. Let logic lead and you'll do much better

We stopped into this location as we had not been here before. It was pretty nice and the staff were friendly. We had a BBQ Brisket combo with Salt and Vinegar chips and an Unsweet tea. Everything tasted good and the air conditioning felt great on a hot afternoon.
