Firehouse is ALWAYS right on target, with the flavor, the temps, and the customization. They have never let me down and I've been a customer for years. On top of that, they support Firefighters and their families, along with their communities. So Firehouse, IMO, is hands down the BEST chain Sub shop out there!

I went to Firehouse around noon to get a nice lunch. I was treated with such amazing hospitality by all members of the staff, especially the 2 managers; Mr. Chris and Mrs. Carol. The food was amazing, I couldn’t have asked for anything better from a sub restaurant.

Our meal for 2 was $40 but it was really good. We bought a whole hot sauce, in addition to the rest of the order. It's good on chicken and hot dogs, too. Now, I want to try all their hot sauces. Payday, we are definitely coming back.

Everyone is always so pleasant and respectful.

Restaurant was clean and tidy. Service was ordinary for a sub shop. Takes your order and hands you your food... lol food was delicious, and exactly as ordered.
Bathrooms were clean.

Great food & happy with my fast order! My brother got me to try to Engineer one time before & I tried it again this time with wheat bread (just to be a little more on the healthy side) but it was still just as GREAT tasting as the first time I tried it!!

I bought a hook and ladder sandwich over a month ago and while I was eating it I bit into a piece of wood in the sandwich. I know sounds crazy but it was a piece of wood. I saved it and took a picture and contacted customer service a month ago and have got the run around and I also contacted the store itself that the sandwich came from and I have yet to hear back from anyone about the issue. Firehouse subs has to be the worst customer service I have ever received anywhere knowing that a customer found a foreign object in their food and failing to contact them is totally unacceptable.

The food and staff are always great. Service is fast. However, I think the staff should slow down when reading orders because I ended up with a sandwich that had olives when that's not a vegetable that typically comes on that particular sandwich.

Was an alright dining experience. The food was good, the counter delivery needs improvement. Personnel were were very courteous.

This place is a joke. $50 worth of subs, and every one of them was made incorrectly.They also forgot my Mac and cheese. I wasn’t going to review, but I just placed an order for my daughter to be delivered, and they got that wrong too. Do better. Never again.

Firehouse (all of them in the Athens area) have built an excellent reputation. A reputation that comes from truly good food and customer service.
Plus, the restrooms are clean!

Kid-friendliness: The restrooms are very clean. With children, that's always a plus.
