Had a fantastic birthday dinner for my wife (and daughter) last night. Beyond the incredible food which was all impeccable (especially the bolognese and the pimento/tomato w/buttermilk crackers), it was the friendly and sincere service that really made the night. Zoe was terrific! Arrived at the table at just the right time, every time, brought my wife a sweet birthday cake ice cream with lit candle, and shared some knowledge on our favorite cocktail of the night. Even wrote a cute happy birthday on the receipt. All the staff were super down to earth and genuine, which can sometimes be a challenge in fine dining. A very southern and very memorable meal!

Everything: food, drinks, presentation, service were amazing! The food was well prepared and the menu was creative and well put together. The drinks were well crafted. This is THE place for special occasions, date nights, etc.
Vegetarian options: The chef assembled a delicious plate with a variety of vegetables/salads from the menu and a couple of added surprises. It was amazing and made me feel special.
Parking: Free onsite parking but it fills up quickly.
Disappointing! We went to the restaurant to celebrate a birthday and expected a much better dinner experience. The food was less than average. Both the Bass and steak were tasteless even though they were swimming in bland sauces. Not even “The Black Forest” chocolate dessert saved evening.

We had the best time at Five and Ten Saturday night! It was our first visit there and we went there with another couple to celebrate their anniversary. We started off at the bar to have a cocktail. Patrick was the bartender and he was excellent! Very knowledgeable, very personable, and made very good cocktails. We were then seated at our table which was in a small room in the corner so we could enjoy our conversations. Our server, Zoe, was great! Professional and friendly and demonstrated just the right amount of attentiveness. She explained the menu, answered our questions and at our request, helped us make our selections. Zoe brought champagne for the couple celebrating and she and others made sure our water glasses were always full. The food was delicious and three of our party strongly recommend the eggplant parmesan. I chose instead the Caesar salad and it was very good. Also, don’t miss out on the skillet cornbread! We all saved room for dessert and they exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend the Black Forest Cake! We will definitely return soon and often. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
