I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and when I got it. It had pink in the middle so I took it back in and the manager told me that it is not raw that it is the coloration of the meat it's no way to get it out without burning the meat it was more the coloration the meat is supposed to be well done and you can't cook it well done if you rush to fix the food I am really unhappy with my experience with the food and the management

The food and the fries are always excellent. The two reasons I don't eat here often: the food is ridiculously expensive and the food is extremely bad for you. If it were cheaper and good for you, I would eat here all the time, haha. I've definitely not come as often because the prices are absolutely through the roof. I think you will spend about $20. If you want to get a hamburger, french fries, and a drink. That's absurd folks!

Pretty decent burgers, nothing too special but would come back again. I thought 40 dollars for three people with only one large fry was a little over priced but I guess that’s what you get when you pay for the name.

I love this restaurant I visit maybe once every 2 months. Lately the fries are extremely too crispy similar to potato chips borderline burnt. This is my second time receiving overcooked fries. I love the home style fries more than the burger. Please use less cooking time on the fries, hopefully my next visit the fries will be edible. The milkshakes are delicious wish they added butter pecan flavor. I appreciate the large portions of fries considering French fries are my favorite food. But this location has changed the fries to chips. The cashier was very nice her customer service exceeded most. ( the young lady who doesn’t have her ears pierced ) for the most part the staff members are always polite

My husband and I went woth our kids and oh man what a surprise we got , it was $80 for family of 5 we are 6 but 2 year old can't eat a whole meal so yeah it was pretty pricey ! I don't think we're ever coming back . Food was ok and yes they gave us a lot of fries!

I went to Five Guys for the first time and ordered a burger and a large fries. There were only about ten fries in the bag, which felt like way too little. Since it was my first time, I just assumed it was expensive like that. Later, I found out that Five Guys is actually known for giving a lot of fries. I couldn’t help but wonder if they gave me so few because I wasn’t fluent in English. I haven’t gone back since then.Red
