Flama brazilian steak house

Flama, aptly named after the way meats are grilled, is a small, cozy and family-owned restaurant that follows the Uruguayan-Argentinian-Brazilian tradition of rodízio, with a very good selection of meats (beef, pork and chicken). The staff is friendly, attentive and caring. The salad bar has all the staples of a typical Brazilian meal, including real pão-de-queijo, which makes this Mineiro quite happy. Guaraná and other Latin American soft drinks are available for your delight. The Latin American music in the background completes the atmosphere reminiscent of my Brazil. I try to visit Flama one to three times a month. All this for a very affordable price! I give Flama a high rank star review. So, come over and have a chat with Ignacio while your steak is being prepared!

Ok this place is over rated seriously. The environment was nice, kinda felt like you are at home eating, But the buffet was very limited and the food was very basic. The meat was good. But for the price you pay it's definitely not worth it. 5 people was almost $300!! For what ?? It's a expensive version of Golden Coral with less options.

5 stars is not enough. Flama deserves even more. The salad and sides buffet would be enough, but then the Brazilian steak, especially the Picanha cooked in garlic, is on a whole different level.

The ambience is so nice, the food is delicious and the owners/servers make you feel like part of the family. Our second time there, tonight was for our anniversary. I am looking forward to going back!

Flama may be the most underrated value restaurant in North Georgia. Ignacio made his way to our table tonight to see how our meal and experience was. We ended up talking for 30 minutes. We loved the food, the atmosphere and the family vibe. Couldn't recommend Flama enough!

Flama in Athens is absolutely incredible!!! Me and my husband’s family went for a birthday celebration and boy were we celebrated!!! I have never experienced such top notch customer service and consideration from restaurant staff before. The atmosphere is also very lovely and comforting. These people and the food of course deserve so much love!!! We could not get enough of the garlic beef and grilled pineapple. Please if you are thinking about going, just go and enjoy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal! The salad bar had a wide variety of sides, salads, & toppings. Wings & ribs were tender and well seasoned. The meat selections were tender & well seasoned. Chicken, pork, & chicken selections were also tender and well seasoned. So much flavor in everything we ate. You must try this restaurant! So glad we don’t have to drive to Atlanta to eat at a Brazilian restaurant.
