I don’t typically leave reviews, but this was the worst coffee shop I have ever been in. The customer service here is absolutely awful. Everyone on this Sunday morning shift 10/19/25 besides the only male working needs to seriously be fired. Their reviews being turned off on Facebook is very telling. We waited over 15 minutes for one decaf coffee, myself and 4 others who were also waiting. Meanwhile a guy comes in, and the redhead makes him a free drink in front of everyone else waiting. The brunette has zero skills in customer service or clearly making coffee, she was rude, unprofessional and instead of making coffee’s which it seemed like was her job, she stood with the redhead at the counter for almost 5 minutes chatting with the guy who got his free coffee. This place is awful. The coffee was nothing to write home about and I’m pretty certain I didn’t even get what I paid for. I will never be returning and I’d be shocked if this place lasted long with the people they employe.
The service was great, and the staff was very friendly. I went on a Saturday morning so it was very crowded which is to be expected, but definitely not the place for a quiet study spot on the weekend. I ordered the seasonal pumpkin spice latte, cheese and bacon egg bites, and a chocolate croissant. It totaled around $21 and it was very mid. It wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t worth the price.

Terrible quality tea and coffee and very expensive. Baristas are also not helpful and don’t know what they are serving you, making it a very unsafe environment.

The atmosphere was cool. Seem to be constantly busy but not too busy.
I was a little worried about the parking. But the church across the street provided ample parking.
Friend and I met here for a friendly get-together the coffee was great. Although when we ordered our coffee we weren't asked if we wanted it hot or cold. So we received cold drinks when we wanted hot. But besides that everything was great. This is a great little spot everybody needs to try it at least once. I did not taste any of the goodies but they certainly looked good enough.

Not sure if it was the manager but he was very nice and informative. He even made sure to ask if we needed anything like water after ordering. He went above and beyond. Great first time experience there. Chai latte was great!

UGA Alum that was in town for the game. We checked out this place because it looked nice from the outside. Definitely overpriced and the food was extremely underwhelming. The bagel sandwiches we ordered were not good. The bagels were heated in a way that made them rubbery. The croissant we ordered was stale and dry. When I mentioned that the croissant tasted old the employee told me their food is frozen and then in a very matter-of-fact way mentioned they didn’t have a bakery. Honestly, for $55 for two coffees, two bagels and a croissant, I would have expected the establishment source their bagels and croissants from a local baker at the very least.
Oh, and we were served in to-go boxes and cups and had to clean our own table…after tipping 20%.

The Building is very nice and the inside is very nice. As for my coffee, it was not the best! But it definitely is a cute place!

Staff is incredibly kind and helpful! I ordered the lavender fog based on their recommendation and it did not disappoint. It was sweet, but not too sweet, and refreshing (especially as iced). Will definitely be coming back!

Not surprised to learn Foxtail is one of 90+ locations. Overpriced drinks served up in a corporate aesthetic with fake plants, fake wall art, bad lighting, generic playlists, and a gaudy wood aesthetic dominating the visual space. If this shop makes it, it's because it succeeded with Starbucks clientele or uncultured students looking for a late night study space. Nothing about this shop signals any sense of connection to the local experience, therefor its presence promotes a detraction from said experience.
terrible customer service :/

If I could give zero stars I would. I never write reviews but this place is so bad I just had to. I got a chai latte (with oatmilk) and a blueberry muffin, totaling $11.42. Then their machine had the audacity to ask for a tip, when there is no service involved. The chai latte was overly sweet and syrup y and isn’t genuine chai. The blueberry muffin was just plain bad. I can’t even say it tasted like it was made with box muffin mix because box mix is BETTER.
My boyfriend got a blackberry chantilly latte (with oatmilk) and a chocolate croissant, totaling $14.36. $14.36??? So overpriced. The croissant was horrendous—firm, not fluffy, overcooked, and the chocolate filling tasted burnt and had this weird fruity smell and flavor.
The woman working the register was also kinda rude. I could tell she was holding back weeks’ worth of rage from working at this circle of hell. When I hit “no tip”, she immediately looked pissed. Will never come back here—I shouldn’t have to sell my soul for some of the worst drinks and food I’ve ever had.
The prices of the pastries and upcharge for milk alternatives is not posted anywhere. So disingenuous.

Good location and great decor, but the service is very very slow.
I had a great experience here. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. It’s the perfect place to sit down with your computer to do some work.
