Men I love this place but the young people boy I. The cashier at 5:42 is a work of art his bad actitud is amazing stop looking at the costumer like you think you will scare no body I am glad that he is not the one in the kitchen if not wouldn’t eat at this place figure it out young men

Two visits. Same mistake both times. I ordered vanilla ice cream with chocolate chips and didn’t get chocolate chips—once I even got an entire quart of plain chocolate instead. You charge extra for add-ins but can’t get a basic order right. This place is sloppy, frustrating, and not worth the hassle. Skip this location and go to the Bethlehem one instead.

Great smash burger and crispy straw fries. We had the cheese curds which were nice and salty. Friendly staff.

We came close to closing time but they were super nice and the food was very yummy! It was the cleanest Freddy's I've ever been to! Next time we're in Athens, we'll definitely stop by again!

Ladies restroom dirty with no soap. There was enough workers there to have the restroom clean. The workers in the back always have tge best attitudes. Ppl taking order in the front thumbs down. Food fast and good.

The large, wannabe emo girl at the register was super rude when I asked a few simple questions. Sighing, rolling her eyes, grunting - just completely & intentionally showing that she was annoyed by my presence.
When I informed another employee that she was problematic, he giggled in my face and went over to the large emo wanna-be girl & another girl and gestured towards us and they all were laughing.
The behaviors of these employees was absolutely disgusting.
About 11:48 a.m. Friday the 28th.

As a vegetarian, I love that u can get a black bean burger here….although they don’t show it on the menu so you have to ask. Freddys one of the better fast food places imo.

Your staff couldn’t be serious with the serving size of this sundae. Unsatisfied is an understatement for what the Sunday cost. I probably won’t go visit this restaurant again for sundays. Sn: I stay 5 minutes from the Freddie’s so the ice cream didn’t have much time to melt.

GERMAN COCKROACH CRAWLED OUT OF MY BAG OF FOOD. Offered to return money or remake food. WHY WOULD I EVER EAT HERE AGAIN?! German cockroaches are the devil to get rid of. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there to have that get back to their home.
