Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Your staff couldn’t be serious with the serving size of this sundae. Unsatisfied is an understatement for what the Sunday cost. I probably won’t go visit this restaurant again for sundays. Sn: I stay 5 minutes from the Freddie’s so the ice cream didn’t have much time to melt.

GERMAN COCKROACH CRAWLED OUT OF MY BAG OF FOOD. Offered to return money or remake food. WHY WOULD I EVER EAT HERE AGAIN?! German cockroaches are the devil to get rid of. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there to have that get back to their home.

Had lunch at Freddy’s today and really enjoyed it! I ordered the double bacon cheeseburger with tots—delicious and fresh. The staff was friendly, and my food came out fast. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!

I love Freddy's, especially their custard. The prices are a little high, but food is great quality. I do wish they would put more toppings on their sundaes. Seems kinda skimpy.

My experience was absolutely horrible! I’ll never be coming back. There is a girl named Shay that works here and made me realize that some people should never work in customer service. She was so unprofessional. She was using profanity, talked to me in a disorderly manner because my order was wrong. Yall need to make sure yall get some quality people in this place! What a joke!

It was a free movie stop for some Frozen Custard. The custard was a smooth cream and was apparently fairly good. I do know the service was quick through the drive-thru Lane. What kind of atmosphere could you really describe in the Drive-Thru Lane. But if you want Frozen Custard with good service, Freddy's Frozen Custard

This place has the best burgers in Athens. The food was hot and fresh! The concrete ice cream and Oreos ice cream sandwiches were delicious! The restaurant bathrooms were clean as well! Wanda was at the front counter and took our order she was sweetest. I will forever go back and will tell all my friends and family!

Hubby and I had ice cream...also known as concrete. He had a thick chocolate milkshake and I had a chocolate brownie concrete. The brownie pieces were the size of grains of sand. It did nothing to enhance flavor. Next time I'd just order without.

My favorite part was watching employees talk crapabout customers when the customers could hear and see them. Won't be returning

The food was OK! The tator tots are not my favorite, but the burgers and custard are good! Service could use some work. The atmosphere is dead. The building itself is colorful, but besides that, it's dead.

Very friendly, very fast! Overall a great place to eat with family and friends.

Ordered door dash, someone allegedly stole our food and the workers told our dasher someone else picked it up, and refused to remake it or refund us. They said the manager seemed like they were on drugs and was being incredibly rude and erratic.
