Wonderful evening. My go to order is always the shrimp, but tonight I decided to take a risk. I ordered jambalaya. I now have a new go to! Delicious. The cream spinach as always was excellent. Service was divine. Lovely family restaurant.

My server and the staff that greeted me were very nice but the food wasn’t very good. I always wanted to try this place because it’s right up the road from me but it’s safe to say I won’t be returning because the seafood tasted like it was from the frozen section at the grocery store and it was over cooked. It tasted like there was barely any seasoning on this dish too. The sauce that it came with reminded me of a chunky marinara and I personally don’t think that taste pairs well with seafood.

Had the brased ribs over mash potato the potatoes were over salted but the ribs and droppings were very tasty The gumbo ya ya soup was tasty and the salad also was good

This establishment gives a brief synopsis of its origin, emphasizing quality. I had the Jambalaya. I could have made it in my own kitchen with Uncle Ben’s seasoned rice and some meager seafood. My son had the stuffed filet. He said it was OK. The server was very nice. I’m short, with a lot of choice in the geography, go somewhere else.

Parking: There’s a fair amount of parking at this restaurant. However, it is extremely popular and crowded at expected meal times, and you may have difficulty parking then. Make reservations for busy times and car pool.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are only a few handicapped spaces near the front entrance. The restaurant may be difficult to access with a wheelchair.
We had an amazing time at George's for our wedding rehearsal dinner. The staff really went above and beyond to take care of our group of 15. The place felt cozy and welcoming, and the food was fantastic, with each dish looking and tasting great. George's made our evening so memorable, and we couldn't have picked a better spot to celebrate with our loved ones. Definitely recommend for any special event!
