We were seated immediately, the service was friendly and attentive, the food and drinks were delicious. My wife and I had a great time. I’ll be sure to return next time I’m in Athens.

I was not impressed. We went there last night and spent a good bit of money for a low quality meal..
The service was awful. It took a very long time for our appetizers to come out. Once they came out, we waited another 30 minutes for our food.
The atmosphere is not the best. The room we were in was so loud. We couldn’t even hear when having a conversation.
Our waitress was not very attentive. She was more worried about taking plates out of the way than refilling our drinks.
The oysters were not good. The breading on the shrimp and crawfish had an oily taste. The bread was good. That was about it.
I don’t recommend.

It was good. It was really good. I had the gumbo and creamed spinach because I didn't have room left for an entree after eating so many hot, buttered, cheesy biscuits (which were definitely caught somewhere other than Cheddar Bay). My partner had the eggplant pirogue and it was so good that she ate the whole thing right then and there, despite having just recently cleaned her salad plate.

I would give this restaurant 10 stars if I could. The menu is amazing blend of southern cuisine. The atmosphere is intoxicating and the hospitality is exceptional. Simply do yourself a favor and go!

George, everything is AOK with your restaurant, food, service, and specials, BUT YOU USE WAY TOO MUCH SALT IN YOU MENU ITEMS on anything I've ordered, and dined on, but in a few hours I almost need to go to Piedmont Hospital for My Extremely High Blood Pressure @ Stroke Levels because I've consumed your menu items LOADED WITH TOO MUCH SALT, I normally don't have High Blood Pressure, but your SALT content runs mine Off-the-Charts, Maybe try to cut the Salt back some
