When Amanda answered the phone she took responsibility immediately rather than blaming someone else and she had a great attitude. She offered to make a new cookie or refund my purchase. I can tell that she puts customers first.

every time I go to this cookie store, the employees are so rude to me. the times I have asked them for a cookie or something to drink, they *sigh* out loud and slam my order down on the counter. I don’t get it at all. cookies are supposed to be fun and I hate having to go to them so I stopped.

I love the Great American Cookie Company in Athens. I've been going weekly for years to feed my cookie addiction (lol) and I've always received excellent service. Because of their friendliness, I've gotten to know the employees and they always ask me how I'm doing and seem to genuinely care about me. I will always support this location and hope they never close.
