The best vegan food in Athens! Friendly, helpful staff. Loads of options. The falafel wrap is amazing, (it reminds me in the very best way of The Grit's falafel wrap). The fries are DELICIOUS. The vegan hot dog is spot on. Definitely a go to in Athens!
Hi-Lo does a lot of things right.
They have good bar food- all of the sandwiches are great, particularly the Reuben and French dips, especially when paired with the garlic parsley Parmesan fries. They also have excellent sauces- I love the horseradish mayo personally.
The salads are also well portioned and tasty- and they have quite a selection of hot dogs if that’s your thing too. The beer on draft and alcohol availability is also quality...

Never a bad experience at Hi-Lo. Good food, friendly service, and chill vibes. And one of the best beer selections in town.
