This message is to the owner of I Hop!This is the worst I Hop ever! They had no pancakes no Bacon not much of anything! They sat us next to the kitchen ! Watched a server put food in her mouth! This place is Dirty and Disgusting! We should have left! I wonder if the owner even cares! We had to listen to pots pans! How could I hop have no pancakes at 9,30 in the morning or bacon! Our meal was awful! I would like an Apology & my money back! To have to watch a server put food in their mouth while they are working ! Very Very Bad!!

Server was so kind and doing her best, but the kitchen is VASTLY understaffed, took over an hour to get our food. It was good once we got it, but having only 2 cooks during breakfast rush hour is the worst mistake ever as someone in the service industry.

The only reason it’s not getting a single star is that the workers are nice. HOWEVER the service was slow, they had no stock - no lemons, no creamer, out of syrups for the soda. The cleanliness was also nonexistent, even my server remarked about me having to pry the menu open becuase it was so sticky and the fact that the booth we were sat in had a huge hole in the middle. The food was wrong and it took almost 30 minutes after receiving the rest of our food to get the two pancakes for the pancake combo. There was a piece of plastic that has been cooked and plated with the bacon and the eggs were undercooked. As we were waiting for our food we also saw a bug that looked awfully similar to a cockroach scurry across the floor. It doesn’t seem like management is doing anything at this restaurant. The waiters and waitresses were very nice but without a good management team they can only do so much.

Sade our server is on point. We have been well taken care of by her. The restaurant is clean. Bathroom is a little messy. The food was grand and speedy.
Parking: Speedy service for open tables within keep parking lot open for more customers.
I love the old school ihop with the old school music. The food is so good at the Baxter Street location.

I wasn’t going to leave a review but I’ve changed my mind…me and my husband used to visit this location frequently, it’s in awe of how much this place has changed for the worst. I had placed my order before I looked at the grade and if I wasn’t hungry and if I was a rude person, I probably would have canceled after seeing it, but anyways to be honest the customer service was ok, but the professionalism was not good at all. The profanity in front of customers amongst the employees was unacceptable and whoever runs this place probably needs to step in quickly, because the people that you choose to hire have ruined your company and reputation because this use to be the go to ihop for everyone. And let’s not talk about my order, it was good but I guess the cooks prepared the food the way that they saw fit. I ordered the spicy poblano omelette and I kid you not the ingredients were all misconstrued. This is a sad situation.
Service was fairly friendly but quite slow. The location feels a bit stuffy and run down. The food is what you expect. However, they did get rid of several syrup options.
