Has truly declined, not what it used to be. Overcooked vegetables just 25% broccoli and 75% Onion. Small portion of meat . The rice was adequate. High prices, and then the checkout prompts you for a tip. For what? You serve yourself, gather your own drink, fork and napkin.

What a disappointment. Inoko Express used to have great food but I had not been there in a while. I ordered steak and shrimp hibachi with vegetables. When I arrived home and opened the box I was very disappointed to see the small shrimp and very thin steak. The vegetables was only steamed and had no seasoning. The vegetables used to be cooked on the grill with soy sauce and seasoning. It's not worth the money anymore. The only good thing was the service from the cashier and counter personal.

I ordered my food on Ubereats, and about three bites into my rice, I pull a hair out of my mouth. I have red hair, this was a black hair. I felt absolutely disgusted. Will never be returning again.

Very disappointed in the meat portion size. I thought this was the same as the Inokos on the Eastside of Athens and I was very mistaken. Food was bland and over priced. I will never return to give this place another chance.

36.00 for my first time here with me and the wife, her veggies were burned and I pay for a full on orange chicken meal for myself and chicken was dry and rough. And to go tray was heavy but mainly just rice. I could literally count how many pieces of dry chicken was in my meal. As I’ve stated first time and last time for me.

We have eaten here for years! But the food is now disgusting!!!! The chicken is mushy, steak pure gristle, rice is over cooked. Will never eat at this establishment ever again!!!!!
If I could give zero stars for this establishment I would. One of my coworkers got their food and there was a receipt on her food in the box. Who knows how many hands have touched this piece of paper? My coworker called to get a refund, she was told by the staff member, presumably Christy per the receipt, that she had to bring the food back to get a refund or remake, which is fine. However, when she asked for the staff members name the staff member said her name was “Inoko Express.” She then proceeded to tell me when I called that she has no “legal reason to give her name.” She then proceeded to call the number on the order and told my other coworker, crying, that we were “rude.” She then proceeded to reveal her name is Christy. This is extremely immature, unprofessional behavior.

I’ve been coming to Inoko for years now! I love the chicken teriyaki with fried rice, and vegetables. I’ve seen a decrease in the portion size over the years, and the customer service has gone down dramatically, but I’m hoping it will get back to the way it used to be. They have recently remodeled the interior which is nice.
