Took my time deciding what I wanted as it was one of the first times that I had been. Although I messed my order up the server helped me figure out what I was wanting. Very nice people behind the counter who conversed with my mother and I in a proper and genuine way. Cookie was amazing as I got a double chocolate chunk cookie with mint ice cream on top. Very good and it was a good snack. A little on the priceier side for some cookies and dishes but all in all very good time.
Everything is perfect except for the Pint. For my order it was not a pint of ice cream, it’s 3 scoops in a pint container. Better bang for the buck with cookie and 2 scoops or brownie and 2 scoops. Completely delicious still.

We love the store, but whatever you do, absolutely do not order delivery from them through Uber Eats. Even with instructions to meet me at my door (and instructions from Insomnia to wait for a knock or a phone call because they don't have tracking), they never knocked, called, or rang my doorbell. When my estimated delivery time range was reaching its latest, I decided to wait outside in case they were having trouble finding my house and needed to call. When I opened my door, I found my melted ice cream and cold brownies sitting down on the ground. It took a while to get anyone on the phone, and when someone finally is available, it's actually just a call center. I just really hope this feedback gets passed along!

DO NOT ORDER ON UBER EATS. The person they sent out to deliver my order DID NOT communicate and DID NOT follow instructions. We asked for the order to be dropped off on our door but their delivery driver dropped it on the steps in front of our apartment. Of course the order wasn’t there!! We received no picture of our order and had to call the store to ask where it was, so anyone could’ve taken it while I was busy trying to figure this out. Please fix your system.

Cookies are great, however I was shocked to see the size of the scoop of ice cream. Never again… 2 “scoops” of ice cream was literally 2 spoonfuls.

It was very friendly service. I went in about midnight and the place still had a line. I had a classic white chocolate and macadamia nut cookie. I'll definitely be back to try different options. It was cooked perfectly! Highly recommended.

Our family has been ordering brownies and cookies each month for nearly a year and tonight we received an order of very hard, very over cooked and excessively crumbling brownies and brookies. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! Ordered via door dash, requested a refund on the $30 order ($37 with tip), only received $5 per their refund policy...We will never shop with Insomnia again.

After waiting for someone to become available to take orders (they were filling a large delivery order, no big deal) the guy who took our order was very rude and condescending. He must have confused something I said because he kept needlessly explaining their menu to me and the difference between deluxe and regular cookies. I had no question about the menu, turns out I had accidently said "double chocolate chip cookie" instead of "triple chocolate chip cookie" and that turned into his tyraid about the menu. It was unnecessarily aggressive. We got the cookies, one was wrong, not what we ordered, all but one were hard and burnt and did not taste fresh. For $25 for 6 cookies, I expect a better product and better service.
