This place is a freaking joke! We did an online order so you would think you would just follow the order and have it ready. We had the order placed for 10:45 pm. Got here 20 minutes later than the time. And somehow it still wasn’t ready. Waited additional 40 minutes. So an hour for cookies when it should’ve been simple as follow the order! Learn some time management.

In the night shift there are inept people who do not serve to serve quickly they do not have the cookies ready they wait for you to order them to just start cooking a process that takes 20 to 30 minutes so I do not recommend this place if you go at night terrible service

If I could give zero stars I would not only did the lady on the phone yell at me and hang up I never received my order and she would not answer the phone again because they screwed up after I paid for my cookies and paid extra for delivery they would not deliver

Waited 30 min. For 4 cookies. Got home and the order was incorrect. Cookies were good, just not the one my wife ordered. 3 out of 4 were correct.

Terrible service. Wa told it would be 2 minutes for one type of cookie in a 6 pack and it took 25 minutes. They served several other people and then were rude when I asked about my order. Do not go here. Overpriced for the service you get.

Meh.....I'd probably skip this place for somewhere else. Staff was not friendly, acted like they were tired of being there. Chocolate peanut butter cookie was horrible. Smores cookie was good though

Never order delivery from here. My mother is in the hospital and I was staying overnight with her, and she suggested ordering a dozen cookies for all of the nurses on shift, so I placed a delivery order via Uber Eats. The app said that the store would send its own driver, so I didn’t have tracking info for their location. 30 minutes after the driver texted to tell me they were about to pull up, they send a picture of the box that they decided to leave at the door of Fritz Orthotics & Prosthetics for whatever reason, which is a mile away. They were unresponsive and clearly had no incentive to do their job correctly. Never ordering here again, way overpriced anyways.

Insomnia cookies is a delightful cookie eatery that not only serves cookies but warm smiles as well and I hope the associate by the name of raven is recognized for her welcoming attitude when dealing with difficult customers that she served with a smile yesterday before I was served I will return for more delicious cookies and hope to see the same associate again 10/10 will recommend

LOVE THEIR COOKIES🍪 They very often run out of my favorite “snickerdoodle” so you have to get their about 2 hours before they close I would say if you are coming exclusively for the snickerdoodles (like me) 😉 They never disappoint
