They use a service for takeout and delivery called Cosmic Delivery. I ordered food from their apps bridge location and the delivery service routed to this location. When I received my confirmation, I immediately canceled my order. They claimed they couldn't refund and I needed to be refunded through cosmic. Cosmic was willing to do so, but this location claims they made my order and wouldn't refund it. The order was canceled within 5 min and routed incorrectly. They are refusing to refund me even though I have the employee on recording saying they lied about making my order, which should also be irrelevant considering I never ordered from here. Both Cosmic delivery and this place are garbage.

I had an 100 piece wing pick up order for 5pm the order wasn’t ready until 5:20pm when I already paid for it the day before. On top of that they didn’t give a free bag of fries, said I actually have to order 2 orders of 50 piece of wings to get the free orders of fries when I ordered a 100 piece how do that make sense?? Didn’t give anything for free for the 100 piece . How is it a deal for 2 orders of 50 piece, but nothing for 100 piece wings?

They messed my wings up thank God I counted. They only gave me 15 wings instead of 20 fries were soggy. The lady was rude. Never apologized. I had to wait 30 more minutes on top of the hour wait Terrible service terrible food

Saturday September 5 at 6:00pm 2 girls who were at the cash register never give good service I don't know why the owners still have those types of people in their business where they want to be talking loudly to someone who is the customer makes you want to never come back for them but the food is delicious and I would love for the bosses to see the type of people they have serving their customers. Please, this woman always treats people badly, apart from the fact that she doesn't dress well, it's disgusting.

Regretfully, I paid 12 bucks for reheated leftovers. First off, the girl at the front counter seemed like she was half asleep and after she took my order she went back and sat down and rested her head on the counter. Secondly, I would have never eaten here if I would have read the reviews first. It was next to the UPS store where I had to mail something so I thought I would grab lunch here. The chicken tenders I got were hard as a rock and dry once I broke them apart. Then I tasted them they had the leftover chicken taste. If you've ever eaten reheated chicken then you know exactly what I mean. So between the rock hard texture, dryness, and the flavor, I knew they had been reheated. I'm very disappointed. I won't be back.

Super unprofessional! I will never patronize this restaurant again! I was there with my young children while two women behind the counter argued over missing money. Disgusting behavior and should never be handled at the front counter. They both were on their cellphones, cursing and threatening to call the police. Ridiculous behavior for grown women.

The customer service at this place has tremendously went downhill. The lady who’s running the front is very rude & acts as if she doesn’t know what good customer service is. Will not be returning because customer service is more important to me than food when i’m spending my hard earned money. Trust me I know what good customer service is being an assistant manager of an establishment myself, and they don’t have any at all.
