I ordered a portobello and swiss sandwich today. No one was working the grill. No one was even called to the grill for 7-8 minutes. Finally someone came and completed my order. I asked for oil and vinegar but when I unwrapped the sandwich I found the bread soaked thru like a wet paper towel. I usually take my order here without mayo, oil and vinegar because they always put on too much. I wish I had not taken the chance today. The mushrooms were bland and unseasoned. They were very stingy with the bell pepers, and they forgot to add the cheese.

I am a big fan of Jersey Mike's food however the customer service is never short of being terrible. Employees are rude, will mess up your order, and stare at you blankly after you tell them thank you. Although I love Jersey Mikes, I will NOT be returning to this location.

Always fast and polite service. I go there often for my lunch breaks. Every time I place an order online it's ready when I arrive. You can even choose the time you want to pick it up. The staff is always friendly and smiling. Parking can be a pain at times, so I park in the Kroger parking lot and walk over.

If you’re a teenager looking for a job, don’t apply here. They’re known for hiring innocent kids then firing them a couple weeks later because “business is slow.” What company hires multiple people at one time then fires them for that reason? Horrible company, horrible management, and as a customer I’ll never support this location again.
