This is not real Jim N Nick's. It's set up as a fast food restaurant, you do not get a server. Order food from the counter they bring it to your table & you will never see anyone again. I am a fan of the normal restaurant but whatever this abomination is supposed to be sucks. The food was ok though.

They just don't provide enough meat portion to match the cost of the meal. Nachos are a bust just a haphazardly made plate of tortilla chips with probably 2 oz of pork. On top of that they were cold with unmelted cheddar cheese. The plate size has also shrunk on the Loaded mac and cheese. This is our second attempt at trying this place and we are let down again. I only gave 2 stars because it was edible but definitely not worth the cost. If you want to go to a BBQ joint that you at least get your money's worth then evidence showsthis isn't the place

I had never heard of this place until I visited Augusta Ga for a graduation.It was love at first bite ?I ordered the quarter chicken white withCollards and coleslaw. Very pleased at promptness and cleanliness. The food was very good. Service was very good.

This should not have the same name as the ones out near Atlanta. What a joke why even open this place? Completely different styled business….. BBQ is average and you took the whole experience and complimentary muffins away..

Decided to get takeout from here, it is about 15 minutes from where I live. It wasn't busy at all and the food smelled so good when we got it. I drove home and realized they forgot my side for my sandwhich so I had to drive back. I got my side my but as a result I lost at least 30 minutes of my life and another 5 writing this review, and I didnt even get a sorry in the least?.

Ribs are tough as heck. Sauce is horrible. Tasted like something cooked in an oven just enough to not be raw. You want me to tip in the drive thru????? Nah won’t be returning.
