Former employee, went through the drive thru line last night and was very happy with the food/quick service. The manager Austin has always had this place running at a high level and was very nice to see that statement still stands last night. Great work guys!

The quality has gone down hill the past several visits to this location. The latest sandwich was a disappointing Ultimate Porker with bare ingredients. Almost $13 for this sad sandwich and a regular Coke, no sides.
Plus, I think the drive through menu prices do not match the price you are charged (yes, this is excluding tax because America cannot figure out how to price items with tax included).

Placed a catering order with one box labeled for a specific person due to an allergen. The box was labeled but they did not remove the tomato. The person bit into the sandwich thinking that there was no tomato on it, since that was how it was ordered. Due to the negligence of Jimmy John's, said person got really sick and had to take medicine.

The dude Zach at the front had no idea what his job even was. Didn’t know how to take orders and was visibly high. I usually do delivery but came in a few days ago for the first time in awhile. Hope I don’t see that guy again, he should not be working at this location as the rest of workers are very well put together for the most part. Awful service from him, I believe his name was Zach but could be wrong. Long brown/blonde hair hanging out everywhere and sagging pants…..
Typically delivery to my job is seamless because of their driver Gayle knowing exactly where to go. However, the driver I had today missed the mark. While, I appreciate the staff and driver for eventually helping me figure out where my food was delivered, the experience was still a bit irritating. Pale gray doors at the back of an empty lot do not look like dark green doors on the front of a historic theatre's box office. I was told to refine my delivery instructions next time, so perhaps I will have the driver call me and we talk through the delivery together. All-in-all, my food is tasty and it's a Friday, so I can't be too mad!
