Terrible experience. First off what kind of sub shop doesn’t have spicy mustard? Also my bread was terrible. It was hard and cold like they had defrosted it. I thought they baked bread fresh everyday. Well this location doesn’t. Will not return.

I got the Vito and it was great except the bottom of the bread was too hard for me. I'll try a different bread next time. Employee was awesome, listened to what I wanted and used clean standards while preparing my food. He was friendly and didn't make me feel like I was going down an assembly line like a lot of other places I've been. He knows what he's doing, knows the menu well and answered all my questions being it was my first time eating there. Highly recommend if you want a good sub with good fresh deli meat. Only thing I would like to see is more veggie options.

I just had the best sub ever. I called the manager to give my compliments. I’m so glad I did because he did a phenomenal job with a limited staff. Sometimes people need a boost!

Today I ordered a sandwich, chips, and drink from this location. It informed me that the order had left 4 minutes after I placed it (11:18). Since the location is only 5 minutes away from my location, I assumed that it would be at my location at least within 15 minutes. Within the time that I waited, 3 other orders that other people ordered to the same location came in. After the third, I decided to call the store to check the status. When I did, the person who answered stated the driver had multiple orders he had beforehand which could be why it was late. I understood, and waited longer. Then I got a call from the driver that he went to the wrong address (he said he typed in a different number than what I had on my app) and it took him 15 minutes away. So now I am at a wait time of about 45 minutes (which is longer than the entirety of my break to eat it). I called the manager back hoping for some sort of discount or something since I had been waiting for so long and the mistake was made by a driver. When I explained the situation, the manager said "I'm sorry" and nothing else. I was appalled at the awful customer service that took place. Would NOT recommend this location.

We as in my coworkers and I from UHC ordered a-little John and they were hard as a rock. No napkins my sweet tea was awful. I called the manager and I could tell he wasn't very interested in what I had to say . I thanked him for listening because he did that at least otherwise it was silence on his end our conversation. I know we're in pandemic short staff everyone getting sick I get it as heath care worker!! But there's a right way and a wrong way definitely something went wrong and nobody would knowledge and I was totally disregard as a customer.

I just ordered a big delivery order-the guy who dropped off my order was quick and professional. As I was walking back to my apartment while carrying the drinks the drink holder completely collapsed and the drinks all fell on the ground and were ruined. The guy who dropped off my order quickly offered to bring new ones and dropped off new drinks shortly. Very impressed!

I didnt spend $20 on a sandwich for it to have rotting produce on it. Absolutely disgusting, and unprofessional on the phone when I called to tell them.
