Initially, I did not have a pleasant time at this location because of the behavior from the staff, but management kindly reached out to me and helped me with the situation. So grateful for the kind and caring management of this location :)

All 5's so why a 3 star review? Because the parking situation is horrific. Fix that and this would be the best one around.
Parking: The bicycle shop with few customers owns half of the spots after 10am.

My 1st time at Jittery Joe's. Enjoying my 16oz. Turtle ? Mocha w/whip cream & Ella w/whip cream. DELICIOUS! Oh, the banana nut bread is so moist...Service was refreshingly pleasant. Thanks Jittery Joe's..? Sorry, I drank it before I thought about taking a pic.

Cozy, comfy space with lots of natural wood — which is what makes it so cozy. Friendly staff, nice outdoor seating area with dog bowls for the dogs. Only reason I didn’t give it. Five stars is the Wi-Fi sucks. Other than that it’s a nice spot.
