Jittery Joe's on the East Side helped me get through the Pandemic. I went there every morning and chatted with Paul. It literally helped me stay sane during that time. I still go there pretty much every day and the espresso Paul makes is my favorite I've ever had. It's basically become a part of my routine. I can't recommend this place enough, especially early in the morning. Many thanks.

I never ever make these reviews because I have worked in service jobs and I understand what the worker can go through with customers. However, whoever the guy is who works the afternoon shift consistently, simply needs to be fired. He always treats the customer like they are bothering him by being there and he is too bothered to just do his job. He always slams things?? I really don't know what his problem is but I would be surprised if this is the first complaint about him.Every other experience I have at this shop (when he is not there) is great and the baristas are always nice!

Hands down best coffee shop in town, and as a person in long-term recovery, I take my daily morning latte to heart. So does this JJ crew. They've been a part of my journey for the better part of 2 years now, taking my special requests and serving them hot with extra whipped cream!! (I won't be telling the flavor....I guarantee it would sell out by the end of the day ?) I don't know what I would do without my a.m. trip each day. Doesn't look like I'll be needing to find out, either!!

I always used to go to Jittery Joe's, but I won't go back there again. I had to wait 30 minutes for my coffee even though there was no one in line before me. The two employees were just chatting and laughing not doing their work.
Always great service! Great place to catch up with friends or get some mobile work done

The staff are always friendly, but the last few times I have been here the coffee has been WAY to hot. My cappuccino burned my mouth trying to drink it, and had to wait 20ish minutes just for it to be at a drinkable temperature. No other Jittery Joes location does this and I hope they fix it soon because I do love this shop.
