Wow. Hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Walked in ready to do business, and instead got talked down to the entire time by the Asian guy working the counter. Super rude, super condescending—like I was bothering him just by showing up.
I get that everyone has bad days, but there’s a difference between being busy and just plain disrespectful. This was the latter. No effort to help, no basic courtesy, just attitude from start to finish.

The service was immaculate, one of our drinks was too sweet, they made a new drink without any additional price and were sweet about it.

Visited here today to get some work done. This is a nice location of Jittery Joe's with a lot of space to work. I got there around 10am on a Sunday and barely anyone was there, but the tables started to fill up around 12pm. The music was a little loud, but it was tolerable with noise canceling headphones. I got a regular drip coffee which was satisfactory as well as a poppy seed discount muffin and a parfait. I would come back to this location again mainly because it is spacious. They also have free wifi and a few outlets if you get a space near a wall.
