Jason Isbell’s Southeastern Coffee! ☕️ is the best brew I have bought in years!!!

Drinks and personnel perfect. Maybe the food could be improved with more choice and fresh option.

Ordered my usual vanilla matcha. Saw a matcha come out before mine that looked as per usual, but when mine came out it was only about 3/4 full (even counting the foam on top) and was almost totally white. The drink was actually so unfilled that I could see the ice on top breaking the surface of the white foam (which should be green). I gave it the benefit of the doubt though and tried a sip. It was like drinking plain milk with some foam. Not only was there almost no matcha flavor, but there was also no vanilla at all. I didn’t have the time to request a new drink, if I would have even gotten one, so I ended up paying like 7 or so dollars for cold milk. Completely ridiculous to even serve me that drink knowing how poorly it was made. There wasn’t even a rush/big line.

In the middle of UGA Campus so you have to walk about 5-8 minutes to it and gets busy fast.

baristas are always super duper friendly and fast, and my coffee is always great!

I ordered online ahead of time, and wanted my coffee to cool down. So I showed up 20 mins after I got the message, then the person behind the counter yelled at me for showing up late… terrible service!

I wish this was an Einstein bagel.

The beverage menu is great, various kinds of coffee and other drinks. However, their food options are terrible. Their bagels are terrible. In summer they don't have any pastry/food in stock. Having in mind there is so many students in the Science Library, this place should definitely keeping up with better food options.
