Today was different, food is usually good, I’ve been getting the one slice pizza. Lately it’s been with little to no cheese so I asked for a LITTLE more cheese and the guy instead loaded it down is not what I asked for. I really believe he did that to be nasty.

Update went today feb 10 2024 racist workers is all i have to say. Walked in with my family and there was an American couple that walked also when we did. We sat down and they went straight to them brought them drinks and menus and took there order and she went to clean a table and didn't attend to us.. so we got up and left.Ordered online said will be ready at 7 went there at 7 was told 15 mins more went back 15 mins later was told 5 more mins. Like give me a real time when it will be ready. And expect me.to leave tip after this? Theres like 6 or more employees and its taking my order more then an hr to make?

We tried Johnnys Pizzas for the first time tonight in probably 4 years. It was just awful. The noodles in my chicken Alfredo had a very weird texture, the chicken had a weird texture and was hard, and the food was Luke warm. It tasted like one of those canned chicken Alfredo dishes you can buy at the grocery store. (I'm not saying it is store bought, just that it taste like it). It was so disappointing. If that is the normal chicken Alfredo please stop serving it. It is horrible. I'm pretty upset we spent so much money here and the food was so bad. The servers were very nice though.

Went for the first time on Friday night 2 hours before they closed and asked what their best sub was. Waitress suggested the Johnnys special and it lived up to its name. I’ve been all over the US and had cold subs but this one is by far my favorite. Fresh flavorful and filling. If I didn’t live two hours away I would absolutely be a regular. Thank you so much for the experience and food. 10/10 recommend.

Order my food at 6:50 pm for pick up. Website said food would be ready at 7:15 pm. Went into the store at twenty after seven and waited for forty minutes for my pizza to come out. The pizza was cold when it was handed to me but i needed to get home I figure I could warm it when I got home. Order a BBQ pizza which cost me overt thirty dollars. Took a bite out of the BBQ pizza to find that it had pizza sauce on it with a BBQ drizzle. Not sure who thought this was a good combination but needless to say it was disgusting. While it has been a while since I last ordered this pizza I do remember the last time there was no pizza sauce on it. Also, there seem to be few if any red onions on the pizza nor any pineapple which paid extra for. When I called to inquire about this I was hung up on. When I called again and was able to explain, there was no attempt to make this right and not so much as an apology. While the pizza itself looks alright, the taste is something horrendous and the temperature is absolutely unacceptable especially after waiting an additional forty minutes to get my food. Not sure what happened to this place but they have really gone down hill.
I have ordered from them multiple times (mostly delivery) as they always have amazing pizza.Today I decided to order a take out via online as I was in the area; half Hawaiian (L) half gourmet (R) with added ham and pineapple to the left side (essentially extra ham and pineapple) with some cheesy garlic bread. Upon arriving home and opening the box I realized they put the ham and pineapple on the right side making the vegetarian half no longer vegetarian.While I understand how this mistake is possible it's still frustrating to produce something else for dinner for the vegetarian in my home this evening as I have a hot and ready meal. This is why I'm giving them 4 stars, normally 5 stars all the way but this experience has me dropping it to a four as it could have been easily avoided if my order was read a bit more carefully.Vegetarian options: Be sure if you request a half and half to stress that one side is only veggies.

Did takeout. Service was slow but understandable as it was extremely busy. Nice thick crust, sick of these thin crust pizzas so popular today. Atmosphere not to my taste as it was so lit up you could get a tan.

Waited 45 minutes to a hour for food, everything came out burnt except for the salad. Service was okay nothing special. Pizza tasted like straight char and hard as cardboard. The Stromboli was worse.
