Had vegetarian Pho and spring rolls delivered to a sick friend. She said both were delicious! They were delivered in a reasonable amount of time.

I ordered the owners favorite dish mixed with egg rolls and it was delicious. The food is wholesome, fresh and the best in town.

Great food! We had the pho and the milkshake and LOVED it. The owners are lovely. Very personable with a great backstory. They speak German too. The atmosphere could use some interior design but the service and the taste makes it all worth it. I'll go again. Kids loved it too.

We love this place! The food is always delicious, generous portions (especially the meat in the pho), and fast and kind service. The owner and management are wonderful and remember their customers. The boba smoothies are also extremely good, which is a nice plus.

My go to place for Pho whenever i’m sick! The prices are super decent for the amount of food you get and there aren’t a ton of Vietnamese cuisine around town. The shaking beef rice was also REALLY good and of course you have to get a Bahn Mi with pho.
The restaurant was empty when we were there but tons of people came in & out for takeout or delivery. Maybe that’s why there weren’t as many servers but we had to sit around for 30+ mins waiting for a check & to go boxes. Not really a big problem but heads up if you’re looking to grab a quick bite.

At first glance, the indoor and outdoor space looks very utilitarian, meaning there is nothing cozy or unique. A nice touch, although a bit out of place, is the number of plants around and a fresh ride on every table. More Chinese looking than Vietnamese, in my opinion, as far as decor.
Egg roll order was very tasty, a bit greasy, but fresh and handmade. I had a nice piece of pork belly in one. I would suggest 4 whole pieces for the size and price. Two for $6 is too much. Save your money.
The Bánh Mì sandwiches were good. Bread was crispy on the outside and chewy inside. I have only Vietnamese food in Pensacola, FL and Albuquerque, NM to compare, but these were the smallest I've had. The price is good for what you get, but I'd rather pay more to have more ingredients. The ones I've had were in the other two cities were stuffed full. I'd rather pay a little more to have more ingredients. Even though the menu says they are made with paté, they are not, which makes the bánh mì unique. Too bad.
I saw another table with phó and the large bowls were huge. I think I'll see how that is next time.
I will be back when in Athens to try other items. Worth a trip.

I think this place is racist…The cashier asked me to pay before receiving my food. Like as soon as I got to the register he asked what I wanted and got me to pay. Which is fine, until I noticed everyone else who came in before and after me was able to pay after they received their food. I’m the only black person who was there. I’ve come two other times with others (non black people) and we usually pay after. But I decided to go solo today and the vibe was different. They don’t give me silverware and I had to ask. They never came to my table unless I flagged the person down. I’ve never experienced that type of service before so I’m a little surprised.

Restaurantji Recommends
Quality of food was okay. The broth was maybe a bit too salty and not as rich as some other places. We received a large portion of meat, which I appreciated for the price, but I think there was too much for the amount of noodles provided. The bahn mi was more full of toppings than meat, but was otherwise a decent quality sandwich.
The restaurant was empty, so service was quick and the seating area was clean. For the price, I think a fine bowl of pho.

I came to Just Pho and overall was good taste wise, I just didn’t find it worth it for the price.

No chili oil OR basil. Enough said. “Owner hasn’t bought basil in months”
Ordered a regular sized brisket pho. Came with good amount of brisket, decently fatty enough and not overcooked. Came with less than average noodles compared to other pho places Iv visited. Broth wasn’t anything crazy, a little on the saltier side.
18.19 for a normal pho and a can of coke.
Would not recommend, try “Mother Pho” instead.

Quality changed. One large pho combination, one small pho combination, one BBQ pork vermicelli two iced coffees and one coke came up to be $90. With the tip I left, the bill came to be $100 and some change. The vermicelli dish noodles was mixed with oil so when you ate it with the cold veggies it turned syrupy. There should be no oil in the vermicelli noodles as it is meant to be a refreshing salad. I'm sad to say but I won't be coming back. I gave an extra star because I know the two ladies are trying. I was just very disappointed though and this is my honest experience.
I have been a long time customer of Just Pho (since it opened) but I’m wondering if there’s new ownership, maybe? The quality has changed DRAMATICALLY & not for the better.
We got two bowls of Pho for takeout tonight and they were mediocre & disappointing. The broth doesn’t have nearly the complexity or depth of flavor it used to have and this is the FOUNDATION of a solid Pho. What’s more—they used to give you a big bag of toppings including Thai basil, cilantro, onions, jalapeño slices, limes & fresh bean sprouts. They no longer give you a big bag of toppings & they don’t give you ANY basil or bean sprouts at all—they are a critical part of the authentic Pho experience.
All in all, we spent $45 on two bowls of Pho, which weren’t impressive and didn’t even have basil or bean sprouts included. Just weak! Sad to say but we’ve decided to branch out and try the other Pho restaurants in town. Let’s be honest, $45 is ridiculous for 2 bowls of mediocre soup.
