Food is always good when they have it ready. Have been there and no dark meat chicken cooked. Was there yesterday, and my order was skipped and waited 10 minutes whilst I was dining in. The manager was apologetic. I hope they get their employees on track rally soon.

I came and ordered a chicken pot pie the he/she whatever it is have a bad attitude due to I was willing to wait . Slammed the door no communication on where I need to park to wait. I didn’t tell him/her to apply for this job they decided to so no need to be rude to customers. People in front of me who is waiting is complaining as well because this is ridiculous. Fix it please!!

They’re really dragging the bottom of the barrel for employees here. No concept of how to fill mobile orders and surly attitudes. Zero acknowledgment at the drive thru speaker while sitting there for 3+ minutes. Too bad because I like KFC chicken. Same issues two out of three times visiting this location. Won’t be visiting this one again.
