I went through the drive thru and the employee asked to come inside because they were understaffed. Then inside it was taking forever to get everybody taken care of. I don't blame the employees, I blame management for not handling this situation properly. You can tell employees are overworked with no support. That's probably why they are understaffed. That's why they get 1 star.

Ordered the 2pc for 5.99 got to the window and the lady told me $9 . Told me they didn’t have the special anymore but when I called the next day the other lady said they did! Lady in the drive thru was very rude .

How is it that KFC has gone this far downhill ? The Barnett Shoals store is the absolute worst ever. Aside from screwing up a 3 piece order, it was burnt. How is that even possible when it's practically fool proof ? This is the 3 rd , and very last time ill give them the benefit of the doubt.

If you want to spend almost an hour waiting for “fast food” and deal with rude staff who do not thing they let you wait for too long and argue back with “everybody should wait, this is your place to go. Will never ever spend my time or money ordering KFC at this store anymore.
Went here at 9:26 pm and they refused to take my order. The lady stood on the inside scrolling on her phone. The cook was outside smoking. I sat in drive-thru 5 mins waiting for someone to take my order. This is the worst KFC you can go to in Athens. The chicken already ain’t that good and you still have to deal with the worst customer service cause folks just LAZY!!!

Ordered on line 3- 3pc meals (2 breast, 1 wing) with a Pepsi. Was given 3- 3pc meals ( 2 thigh, 1 leg) no Pepsi. Called to let them know of their errors they hung the phone up in my face 3 times ( I called back each time) then they took the phone off the hook. Lousy service.

I have a family of 4 so I went for their Tuesday deal of 8 for $10. I ordered and was given my total and asked to pull around. I pull around and the lady at the window had no knowledge of my order. I'm like what but I wasn't mad just hoping they get it together in there. I pay my money and get the order. I drive all the way home to see it's only 6 pieces of chicken. I was highly upset but there was nothing I could do so I let my family eat and I got noodles. I fell for their scam and lost money that I set aside for that. I felt so bad that now if I go get chicken, looks like I have to count pieces before i pull off. I cried a little because we don't have money for continuous take out by please yall, learn how to count before giving people their orders. PLEASE.
