rude employees every single time i come here at night. the latte machine never is working, but in reality they probably donât want to make it. i could come here every single night and they will not make a frozen latte, but if i came the next morning magically itâs working.
also, customer service couldâve upsold by saying âitâs only a dollar more to get a dozenâ instead of paying $14 for 8 donuts, when a dozen is $15.

Donât order the drinks. Youâd think that KK could at least have decent coffee to go with their doughnuts. Itâs not hard to crank out even a mediocre blend. I could not even swallow it. The frozen lemonade was a disaster as well. When your teen son who eats everything canât drink it - itâs bad. The restaurant is dirty and smells.
Krispy Kreme- revitalize your brand or youâre simply going to lose out to Dunkin every single time - yuck. What a waste of money. Even the typically good doughnuts tasted bad.

Not satisfied at all with this location! I went for the 87 cents and the workers there said they couldnât give me another dozen because it wasnât on my ticket. I ordered mobile order and showed that it did state I get a second dozen. Iâm not happy with this store and the workers were rude.

My boyfriend asked for the cotton candy sparkler donut and got a strawberry sprinkle donut. Literally ridiculous. Plus the store is filthy and the employees are rude and donât listen.

Visited this location today and the girl that took our order was extremely impatient and rude. While dealing with her, I noticed that the ceiling is filthy and the vents are caked in dust. When we asked the employee that was sitting on the counter if he could come wipe a table so we could sit down, the same girl that took our order (an over-weight hispanic girl who claimed to be the manager) responded that they had been busy and that theyâll get to it in a minute⊠seemed like she was having a bad life and thought she was going to take it out on us. She demanded an explanation as to how she was rude once she finally found the wipes and started cleaning. This managerâs name is Reina and she needs to be trained on how to actually be a manager. She was also out of uniform and wearing a dirty-looking sweater⊠literally looking like she just rolled out of bed.
The bathroom was filthy as well. Never going back.
