I went inside to pick up a few Donuts they had no French corella I bought two supposably cream-filled Donuts and two glazed donuts it cost $9.16 what a ripoff the donuts weren't even fresh I would never recommend anybody going there Dunkin' Donuts is way better than them and the girl that helped me was about as good as the donuts. So that's it don't spend your heart earn money on a rip-off place very disappointed. If I live closer to them I would have returned them for my money back but instead I will keep posting on all the social medias that that place sucks see how the owner likes that just want to give him his money worth

I’m town visiting family decided to go grab donuts ordered a dozen got to the window, had a large bill was told they didn’t have change so they denied me the order I asked to speak with the manager she also said the same denied me the order lost a sale! I asked for the general manager’s number the manager said I could call the store I asked her the store number she said she didn’t know. Very weird interaction, the associate and manager could have handled this situation a lot better than they did

In a few words I would describe my experience here as extremely disappointing and honestly, a little disrespectful. I am an avid krispy kreme fan; I am one of those people who will drive out of my way for one of their donuts when I'm in the mood for one and will bring a dozen or two to any family gathering. Unfortunately, because of my treatment at krispy kreme recently, I don't know if ill be able to justify going back, and I will definitely never go back to THIS LOCATION. My husband and I swung by on veterans day to get him his veterans donut that is given with proof of service. My husband is a young vet, just out of service recently. So we go in, my husband asks if they are doing the veterans day special and presents his military ID. The lady working the counter looks at the ID and tells us she will not give him the veterans donut. We ask why and she says it's because his ID is expired. As I said, my husband is recently out of service and has not gotten his veterans card yet and only has his military ID. I politely request that she just looks at the DOD number on the back, as it would be the same on his veterans ID and could be looked up to prove its a valid ID, and she just kinda scoffs at me and says that will not accept the ID. I honestly was flabbergasted and could not believe the treatment and condescending attitude, especially since this ID has been perfectly valid on forums such as ID.me and GOVX, not to mention no other establishment has ever had an issue honoring it (outback was more than happy to honor their veterans day deal and they threw in a desert because they were just being sweet). But apparently my husbands service is not worth a $1.50 donut from krispy kreme. Extremely disappointing. I was planning on buying a few extra donuts so that we could have a few later on in the night, but after being treated like that, we simply walked out. Glad to know what krispy kreme really thinks about our veterans.
