I stopped here when traveling and had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent and the food was fresh and delicious. The interior needs some work, but I couldn't be happier with the rest of my experience.

If i could leave zero stars I would. Pulled into the parking lot and could audibly hear who i assume is the manager say “UGH” as he was posted up outside the front door on his phone. Pulled around and waited at the speaker, he comes over and says “order when you’re ready”…… i begin to order and ask for onion rings and he blows and says “we out”….. if you hate your job, quit. But making the VERY FEW people who still order from this bs establishment feel like they aren’t welcome ain’t the move. Won’t be back. And fix those broken blinds at the drive thru window.

Based on recent reviews, I thought things had changed. However today's visit confirms nothing has changed. I bought the pick 5 combo, worse mistake ever. 1) Drink was flat. Order another only slightly better.2) Fries were over fried and not able to be eaten. 3) Burgers warm but not hot. They seem preheated, cheese wasn't melted at all. Bottom line I threw a $ 10.00 meal in the trash. Krystal and Burger King were on the verge of bankruptcy, I wish they both would just close. The food is nothing like the old days.

The Krystal hamburger will always be the boom diggity....corn pups are awesome and maybe the chili cheese dog..but the prices that they charge now is ridiculous.we ordered 12 Krystals with cheese a couple drinks and 2 chips and it was over $40 ....there is no way I'm gonna pay that.....I understand everything has gone up but that's crazy. they don't have professional employees that are respectful and knowledgeable. we should be representative a lot better for the prices that they charge because that is ridiculous for just two people.
Vegetarian options: Prices are high for fast food so that a lot with you...

This location will not fulfill mobile orders at the window despite that being an option on the app. The manager was extremely rude. Krystal’s and the manager refused to refund my order (since I was unable to come inside, hence why I ordered pick up at window) but my bank was able to give me a refund. I no longer visit this location due to poor customer service and horrible leadership.

Please do not vist this krystals. The service is horrible and i did not get the correct order. The bathroom is hiduous and the stall does not lock. The food was ok but not as good as it could have been. One star
