All I asked was for ketchup and mayo and to change the drink to a large ice water for a Doordash customer.... and the girl refused to give me ketchup and gave me the mayo after shutting the window on me and making me wait until she was ready to give it to me...

I’m a door dasher and I’ve picked up from a LOT of Athens restaurants. This one stuck out in quite a bad way. I arrived to pick up a simple meal around 11am, didn’t leave until sometime after 11:40am. This restaurant was out of hot dog buns, of all things, and the manager had to run out to get some more. I sat waiting for half an hour before I called to get an update- no one answered. Someone ran out to my car a few min later to tell me the manager was finally back and they were working on the food. When the food finally arrived, they were very apologetic, but offered absolutely nothing for the awful wait time. Not sure what’s a bigger joke- the incompetent manager that runs this place, or their lack of judgement in attempting to make things right.

Krystal's has a really good,good breakfast plate for under $7.00 plus they make it quickly to "dine in" or "carry out"
I visited Krystal for the first time this morning and went to the drive through. Thr lady said "the system is updating for the day". I assumed she meant that it would take 2 or 3 minutes, but I guess I was expected to just know how long that meant because she comes back through the speaker a minute later going "hello....?? You can't just sit there". Yeah, because I just showed up to hang out at the drive through. Good god, what a pathetic idiot.

Lazy employees. Don’t place an online order unless you plan on going inside.Update: I did contact Krystal’s via email as this is the only way to reach anyone for resolution. No response. I got my money back from my financial institution. My order was refused to me from the drive through window after placing an online order. I was told I wouldn’t be served unless I came inside. There is an option to pick up orders from the drive through. This shouldn’t be an option if employees are unable to follow through. It was a small order.
