Food is good if you can get it. This location's staff is always moody, but tonight they actually argued with me over my order. I could see it in the main heater the entire time, but it was listed as being in the pick-up machine. After I entered my code and told the cashier nothing was in there, she then said somebody took my order when I checked my phone for the code?? She wouldn't even double check after telling me to use the pick-up machine that was empty... I left and got Dominoes instead, where the staff actually listens and tries to be helpful.
I don't normally leave bad reviews, but this location needs an attitude check from corporate.
Ordered delivery and the pizza was wrong it was missing crazy sauce and it was very cold/dry. Tried to contact but the phone doesnt work so im out $30

Way better customer service than the one on Lexington (which I’m closer too) hard working people, unlike the one off of Lexington where the guy was too stoned to take my order and even answer the phone. And for what it is it’s good food. Im glad at least there’s one decent little Caesar’s within a decent distance to me.

The young woman working at the cash register around 7:30pm on 3/9/23 was extremely helpful, super kind, and greeted us with a very positive energy. She made my night and definitely needs recognized for her great attitude and friendliness! Keep up the fantastic work!

Ordered online for take out but still had to wait 15 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready. The cook also handled money and then went back to cook without washing his hands or wearing gloves.

The Baxter Street location is by far better than the one on Epps. They have friendly staff, the wait is always reasonable, and the pizza is good. I go out of my way to buy from this location.

Molded Chicken, Pizza, and Cheese! I’m a true witness of this. Supervisor found mold on the pizza and continued to serve customers. They did not want anyone to know that they had molded on the chicken, pizza, and old cheese in their walk-in cooler. The head manger Zondra was contacted and she did not respond back to the on-site manager about the mold or what to do the molded food. Also, I’ve had multiple stomach viruses from eat their food. Also, Zondra discriminated against me because I did not want to become a manager.She offered me a management position less then a week of being at the job. Me coming from management it take longer than a week to determine to make someone a manager. Not have witness negligent to the food but also to customers. Zondra also talks about her own employees. She have said she doesn’t think T’Aisa will be a good candidate for management of the stop because of her performance as being a closing manager. And also talks about her management time to regular employees, in a negative manner. I just wouldn’t recommend no one to even buy a pizza or let alone chicken from that place. It’s just very unbelievable. It’s a zero for me!!!
