Little Caesars Pizza

Don't bother going here unless you have the desire to be ignored.

ONCE AGAIN! We did NOT get everything we ordered, (from Lexington Road, Athens, Ga), but we didn't get any refund for what we didn't get! I am SO SICK of it! We travel 14 miles one way after placing an online order and spent $54+. They just apologized saying they ran out...so where is the $8+ for the wings we didn't get??? And then when I try to call to find out how to get our money back, their phone number is out of service! How can a business as busy as them not even have a working phone number???

The sad part is their service is good, and the food is usually well worth the money, as long as you can get your order. This is just not acceptable. Do they think we will just forget about $8+???

I brought pizza the day before yesterday they gave me a pizza that was already sitting and put it back in the oven and the pizza was hard
The bread was soggy and looked uncook

The pizzas were raw! I had to rebake them in the oven to make it edible. If that’s what I wanted I would have gotten a frozen pizza.

Cheap but unacceptable to serve raw food! Made a complaint but haven’t heard from little Caesar’s yet for a refund.

There must be something wrong with their oven and I think the pizzas would need to be baked twice if they use the same oven.

The guy serving was nice and that was only the plus point

What I ordered and what I got. I'm Hispanic. I waited too long for my pizza and ended up getting one I didn't want. I think everyone deserves respect. I don't usually complain, but I think they should have told me it was better not to serve me.

The service is too slow, they ignore the customers. Please call the workers' attention. They give poor service and don't care about the customers.

I have picked up and ordered from this location plenty of times in the past with no problem, but on a game day… Don’t bother. I ordered one singular stuffed crust pizza and knew that they were probably going to be busy so I gave them some grace by giving them 30 to 40 minutes to make it and pick up later at 6:30. I come to pick it up at 6:50 and it says that is ready, but there’s no pizza when I get there and I was told that they have no stuff crust so they just bumped my order. I was told I could get a refund or I could just wait to get two regular plain pizzas, so I waited and then they only gave me one so I spent about $15 on a seven dollar pizza. The manager tried to make it right, but then they got so slammed and crowded that I didn’t want to make a big problem about it, but I’m just frustrated with the fact that they couldn’t call me or let me know that they didn’t have the ingredients to make what I ordered.

burnt my crazy bread and had to remake (we waited 30 mins). also burnt my pizza and didnt even cute it all the way. 0/10 stara

Customer service is next to none. Employee was on his phone having a personal conversation. Line was forming employee could have cared less. Customer's had to raise voice to get employees attention. Wish negative Stars was an option.

Placed an order for 6:45 when I got there I had just been out in the oven so had to wait another 20 minutes and got the food and it was wrong. Don’t recommend this place. They don’t listen to what you want.

Went here on 7-16-25, first time going, had a great experience, went to pick up a take out order and the lady who took my order and rang me up was very kind and professional 🙂. Thank you Little Caesars Pizza for a great 1st time experience, 🙂
