I wish I could give a zero this man had me waiting 10 minutes before he came to the counter to take my order which I’m a black lady right. They don’t want black peoples at the restaurant. But when a White man came inside his restaurant he rushed up to the counter serving him fast he even given him his receipt and napkins didn’t want to give me a receipt until I asked then asked for napkins he acted like he was going to give me the napkins then said here are the napkins so I took the napkins he was rude but nice he was the only person working today and that’s sad but customers come first. Again I’m a black female it’s on camera inside the store he knew I was waiting but never came to take my order.

I had an issue regarding the Little Caesars app, and reported it online through the corporate website, halfway not expecting any kind of response. The actual owner of this store reached out and was able to reach a resolution with me, which I greatly appreciated. The customer service I received here was fantastic!

Today would have been my first visit. I entered the store, no one was at the counter. I said hello twice and continued to stand there. You could hear the guys talking in the back and their music... said hello again. Still nothing. I took a quick video, the place is dirty. I am still in the parking lot writing this. The girl in the car next to me also came out empty-handed. She said she finally got someone's attention, and must have been able to order. I'm not going back in. Looks like the amazing work ethic in Athens Georgia runs rich here too. Get it together.
For a while, I was not a fan of Little Caesars but in today that changed. Ansley has been the saving grace for this pizza chain to continue to get my business. She was so kind and friendly. My food was prepared soooooo well that we ate it in the car! The Lexington road location needs to be shut down and have those employees work under Ansley, not with her. I will make the 20-25 minute drive from now on to get to this location. Even though I live less than a mile away from Lexington Road. The place was super clean and well stocked too!
