My colleague knows the owner n recommended this place...Asked for it well done...as usual...aaaand as usual had to send it back to cook...even after another 5 minutes...it was still undercooked...the looks I got from the 2 work-release guys behind the counter made me wanna just throw the pie on the floor n walk out...Sauce cheese n pepperoni were on point... flavorful n robust....Crust absolutely ruined it...soft like a pancake...was like paste...like it was just flour n water.. ate half of a couple pieces n threw out the rest ..wasn't worth taking home...$30 for that.. if I didn't get reimbursed since it's a business trip I would've demanded a refund....On the plus side....was reunited with the girl that loves to swallow!!! (Ms. Pac-Man)????

Was always a Pubsub snob, but omg the cold subs here are LOADED, perfectly layered, not skimpy on the sauces, bread is perfection! 100 percent my new favorite sub guys!

food was AMAZINGGGG. I ate it and it was so buss got more a lot of pizza which was so worth it. The service was great, it was our first time here and the nice man who took our order was super attentive and helpful with with how it worked and answered our questions, even joked with us which made the whole experience more enjoyable and the place is super chill, laid back, and authentic, would definitely recommend and come again; wish i lived in athens just to be able to come again !

I called this place, to place my order. And the cashier was so rude. He keep rushing me off the phone not allowing me to order. Third time calling he hung up on me. My wife is from Jamaica so I wanted her to try this place that I growed eating. So I went in the store to place my order. And the guy that hung up on me was at the register, and he was like the manger in a meeting he not going to want to see you. After ordering and waiting 30 min. The manager came to see me. The manger was so rude and unprofessional. He told me the guy I was dealing with is a sweet kind guy and he didn’t do anything. The manager then walked off on me while I was talking. My brother is a cop in Athens and have worked security for this place for over 15 years I have never experienced this in the past from this place. I will never eat at this place again.
I'm so sorry but I can't anymore when I first came to Athens I ate little italy it was So damn good ok the last two time someone has been burning the pizza and less cheese this is right now who is it ? I know how much this place belongs to my heart and stomach! let's get it right. I'm going to order a single slice this time and not a large if it's burnt and hard you will hear from me . lets eat pizza!

The pizza was very good. Our problem was with service. We were in town for a concert and decided to eat at Little Italy. My brother and his wife were in the order line in front of us. They placed their order and then we placed our order immediately after for the exact same pizza. Their order number was called very shortly after we sat down. My wife and I waited for 20 minutes for our pizza. I went over to the counter and asked if they could check on our order. The young man who was working the register came over, looked around, said “here it is” then looked at me and said “pizza takes time!” He then stormed off. His attitude was incredibly rude and self righteous - very much like he was doing us a favor by allowing us to eat in the establishment. To their credit, we spoke with the young lady and young man (assume they were managers) at the front as we were leaving. They were very courteous and apologized for the problem, even offering to provide a free meal in the future. I would definitely eat at this location again. However, if the condescending young man who we dealt with was at the register, I would definitely turn and walk away. If I had thought, I would have taken a picture of this guy and posted it on this site in order to protect future customers from his attitude. Our sincere thanks to the managers who were so courteous and professional while speaking with us. We also offer our condolences to the mangers for having to supervise this guy as part of their work duties.
