I’m honestly so over Locos not having an idea what extra crispy is. The skin is rubbery and zero crisp every time. I have to take home and cook an extra 15-20 min myself. Also, if you give the option on your online ordering sites for all flats, then they have a responsibility to tell the customer not only are they not going to give them all flats, they are going to give you FOURTEEN drumsticks and only 6 flats in your 20 piece order. I understand if you have to do half of each with a 20 piece order, but you should have the ALL FLATS option removed and certainly not give fourteen drumsticks(which are nasty). They also gave the smallest they must have. I paid much more extra for Uber to deliver since I couldn’t come pick up myself, but it seems anytime I keep ordering from here, it seems they give the worst they have. I know this because when I pick up, it will be done as asked. They have never extra fried or sent extra crispy, but at least I can fix that by cooking longer. But giving a long time customer mostly all drumsticks is such bs and I’m so over it. I never complain, so I can’t feel bad about finally laying this out there. While I’m at it, they changed from the Ranch they used to serve because I was told it was more of an expense, but the recipe used for the ranch they’ve been using a few years now, let’s just say, they need to adjust that recipe for sure. I just add Ranch seasoning to doctor it up. Disappointed Locos!!

Smells like a sweaty locker room. I couldn’t eat and left after the drink I ordered.The bartender was very attentive. Th establishment looks very dirty. I sat at the bar. The foot rail is a safety hazard. I have been to both locations. I’m not impressed. I will not be back or recommending Loco’s

After being seated, we waited approximately 15 minutes before the waitress took our drink and food order. After placing the order, we waited an additional 15 minutes or more and still did not receive our drinks. My husband then had to get up and ask when our drinks would be ready. Even after that, it took another 10 minutes for the drinks to arrive.
During this entire time, we observed other tables around us being served their food and drinks while we were ignored. The waitress appeared impaired, as she was extremely jittery, unfocused, and inattentive.
Due to the excessive delays and lack of service, we informed her that we would pay for the drinks and leave. Only then did she mention they were waiting on our fries. By that point, the experience was unacceptable and beyond repair.
This was one of the worst dining experiences we have had. We will not be returning, and we do not recommend this establishment to anyone.
Service is bad you will be waiting a long time on your waiter and food the beer is watered down. Avoid place if you can

Me and my wife went there to eat. We ordered to go order for our daughter who was at home when we got home the contents was half eaten chicken breast and eaten baked potato we drove all the way back and they gave us our money back for to go order but was very insincere and didn’t even offer money back on our meal we had at restaurant. The manager was very unapologetic even the bartender said after he walked away I am sorry this happened never seen this happened before you should have received your whole meal for free

It is Locos! It is consistent with what you would get at their establishments. I quite enjoy their burger. Decent deal and yes it really does appear to be from scratch.
Wings are hit and miss sometimes. I like them super crispy. Always ask and sometimes they still are too limp . They need to always provide more celery and why no carrots?
Need more local beer options from Athens and GA. Keep promoting. Also include some fancier drafts.
The vibe? Some wait staff are attentive and sweet. People who go can get chatty and loud. Usually though it is welcoming.
I miss the one by campus. Felt local and not as commercialized. That was long ago though.
